Do not come to the store. When purchasing items they don't understand what you're talking about. I also called in asking about an arc card. I'm fairly new to transit as it has changed. I was informed by the store manager that the card is free and the minimum balance I have to put on is $4. I come to the store to purchase card and then for me there's a $6 charge for the card what's a $4 minimum. After I asked to put $10 on when I came in. So my total was $16.30. I then proceeded to point out there miscommunication calmly. They then play victim told me not to yell and that I was being rude. And in which no way or form I was being rude or even raised my voice. They simply couldn't accept that they made an mistake and then they proceeded to yell at me and try to kick me out the store and deny me a purchase of an arc card.
I would not recommend coming to the 7-Eleven unless if you feel like being treated lesser than from minimum wage employees

The sweet people offered a free item on a day I really appreciate it! I'm so sick right now and don't have the energy to cook and the hot dogs were for my daughter so she was super excited about it. Thank you so much for your great customer service!

This place is horrible I went with my friend and since I live in walker, I don't come to this 7 eleven often, but when I came the employee kept following me around and giving me side eyes, This felt racially motivated since am black.

Rude and disrespectful towards the customers. My partner went there around 6pm today to get some wings. The lady was so rude and not helpful at all. You should better do your job instead of using phone. Learn some work ethics.

I was In here with my daughter and my son on Saturday may 18th around 10pm and the young ladies working the counter need some lesson on being nice humans. There’s was this sweet girl sitting at the seating area enjoying herself and these ladies were speaking in their language saying the most awful and mean things about her. Their customer service was very just they don’t care. They were all around just not nice girls. I’m not one to complain but they had no right to bully that girl. The things they were saying I will not repeat. I know nothing will be done but just keep in mind how your night time staff is. And my little daughter who comes here during the day by herself never has had good experience with these ladies. Thank you for your time have a lovely evening

The only reason for 2 stars and not one is the fact all the staff who work here, minus the manager, are amazing human beings. Always kind and engaging. The morning staff are great. They welcome you, offer to help if you need it. Great team, I absolutely enjoy my experience every time during the morning or day time.The night staff….not great. I was paying cash, and instead of the cashier even talking to me, she would hit the debit button then turn her back to the till and keep doing whatever she was doing. When I cancelled the debit so I could try and pay, she turned back around and just hit the debit. Honestly after the 4th time, I set my cash down on the counter before cancelling the debit. She looked so annoyed I was not paying debit. Absolute terrible night staff.
