The morning staff are great. They welcome you, offer to help if you need it. Great team, I absolutely enjoy my experience every time during the morning or day time.The night staff….not great. I was paying cash, and instead of the cashier even talking to me, she would hit the debit button then turn her back to the till and keep doing whatever she was doing. When I cancelled the debit so I could try and pay, she turned back around and just hit the debit. Honestly after the 4th time, I set my cash down on the counter before cancelling the debit. She looked so annoyed I was not paying debit. Absolute terrible night staff.

Be careful at the location twice now I bought things that were expired in 2019 once a pop now beef jerky totally unacceptable

Very rude behavior of the staff lady, I asked her for a product and she yelled me stating that go and find for your self !Already a complaint is forwarded to the management!!

Just had some of the worst food and service at 7-11 this evening. I ordered the strips and wedges I was on my bicycle and asked for a bag they told me they didn't have bags, then I asked about the bags that were behind them they said I would have to pay for it $0.26 for a bag, not a big deal. I got home, and the chicken strips were soggy. I tried broiling them in the oven, they were still soggy and extremely greasy and super chewy. They were off, definitely not impressed. They were also spicy they didn't feel that was an important detail either. Lost me as a customer tonight.

We ordered skip and many of the items we ordered, they were out of. So they decided to replace half of the items with random things they thought would work? No call to confirm any of this. And the lady who answered the call was very short with her answers and eventually just hung up. Do NOT order food and snacks from this location. They really don’t care about customer service.

Prices need to be adjusted. Pay more money for less food because I don't want to eat cardboard potatoes.

I am very shocked to see the review of your store that is so bad. I have decided not to come there. I came and found two staff speaking their language while serving me. And he wear a scarf on his head and he kept saying things back and forward. As much as I know about creating multicultural settings. You shouldn't be speaking a language a client doesn't understand. maybe when the clients are not there. I find it unprofessional. I spoke to the Manager about it because I don't want anyone to experience the same thing. The manager seems ok to understand but he appears not to understand what I am saying. it's very rude and condescending to allow your staff to behave that way. I will minimize coming there again. I will discourage everyone in my circle not to come at your store again. Not inclusive to other Canadians as they just speak Punjabi in front of clients that had no clue

The customer service is terrible, usually it’s tolerable but this evening I had the worst experience with the cashier (older lady with glasses) there was no communication from her end she looked absolutely miserable like she hated her job. Without asking she used my lottery ticket winnings to pay for my things but I needed that money for my daughter, if I wanted to use my winnings I would have for sure said so. I wanted to pay with my $20 to get change but I didn’t have a chance to tell her and she already put everything through. I communicated that I had wanted to use my free coffee offer and she said it went thought but It didn’t then she gave me back the wrong change, she was in such a rush to dismiss me it was incredibly rude. Please hire people who actually enjoy their job and what they do :(

rica, pat, and ramandeep (the girl in the evening with the iconic backwards hat) are the best!!! my coworker and i stop in all the time and they’re so funny, so friendly, and so entertaining! we love our daily sev trips because of these three. and of course we can’t forget about the owner. he is a sweetie too :)

It only in the name 7 11 but they turn off their pickup option for uber EVERY NIGHT. Unable to order for my pickup. Disappointed.Edit: Just checked they have turned off their doordash too. Horrible. Why are you open if not accepting orders from anywhere?

I’m not sure what the issue is with your cashier Glenn but every interaction with her is an unpleasant one . She is extremely rude every time for absolutely no reason . Someone like this should not be in the position of working with customers. It’s a bad look on your store .

Very bad Behaviour today evening shift around 7 PM The lady I don’t know name her face look like Chinese she’s rude as a regular customer that kind of service behaviour is unacceptable never come back when ask about some stuff to return her kept rolling her eyes!!!! Me and my family never come back
