The pop machine was out of CO2 so she said add ice to a cup and she would pour some pop from a 2L. She poured warm pop and only filled it halfway...when I pointed this out she said I only paid for a smaller pop, when I showed my receipt and asked for a refund instead she finally finished filling my cup and asked me smuggly if "this was enough now?"

I've met some great people in my life but this 711 blessed me. It's like a kind fellow in a green jacket who is so professional and thankful in his works we give thanks for the opportunity to do charity, for charity is in the Bible. Very inspiring very motivational kind caring people all around getting through life with 711 together!

Rude manager that yells at staff. Came in today to pick up some things, noticed there weren't any straws or lids stocked by the slurpees. I didn't want one, so I didn't say anything, but I overheard someone else asking for one and the manager was rude and dismissive to them. I'm not surprised, I've personally seen the manager act rude or shout at staff in a language I don't understand, so acting rude to customers isn't that much of a stretch. Wish 7-11 would hire managers that were kinder to staff and customers, this isn't the first time she's acted like this and it likely won't be the last. I guess that the higher ups don't really care

I order skip order and even called them to confirm for the dipping sauce but they are too much the guy said will do that but messed up for the dipping sauces i specially mentioned hot honey dippings

Very bad experience they are calling on interviews by sending text messages..and after reaching they are telling manager is in the meeting. If he or she was in meeting why you gave that time???? Wasted my time

711 is seriously slept on, big time. Great chicken. Beers. Smokes. Great service. 24hrs. Oh and gas?! And you get points for coming back. Once they get themselves one of those fancy new coffee machines they'll be set - but until then I'd skip the coffee - but I'm a coffee snob. For everything else. Pretty much the best corner store you can ask.

This location is the best 7 Eleven in Edmonton! Staff are so nice and inviting, the store is clean and they always convince me to get a deal they have going and I never regret it!
