I made appointment on May 22 2025 for truck rear differential seal and bearing replacement. I bought a set of seal and bearing from Amazon, I dropped the at morning and afternoon I got a call from the shop and told me that they can not do the work because it has something else problem and asked me to take the truck back, I went to the shop and took the truck to Fat Dog Automotive just near by, they change the bearings and seals with warranty. I guess A&R does not like me to buy the parts so they refuse to do the replacement.

A&R automotive are honest and trustworthy. Al and Mark are very personal and give you awesome service. I took all my company vehicle there until I sold my business. I still take my personal vehicle to them and so do my friends, former employees and my family. Nice to know there are still honest hardworking people out there running businesses.

First time I brought my vehicle in i was advised that the transmission was the issue and to have it towed to lo-cost automotive where they said my transmission was completely fine.I brought another vehicle in and it sat there for a week, I had come in to inquire being promised it would be looked at the next day...it wasn't, with not even a phone call to let me know they were running behind. When I went in to inquire, I was told that he "Wasn't sending his employee out in the freezing cold" ( October 23rd -- 12degree weather). I was then told he didn't have time to look at it and to have it towed out ( paid for all the towing ) . I got a diagnosis form elsewhere within hours.

Have you ever thought: "I wish that I knew of an honest shop where I can trust that I won't be ripped off or sold something I don't need"Well if you're reading this review, you found it.Had my Jeep in for some work recently and I am grateful that this shop was recommended to me by a friend. Allan is such a laid back nice guy that you are immediately comfortable leaving your vehicle with him. My Jeep was expertly repaired with quality parts (not the cheap parts used previously at a different shop which failed after a year or so).Upon getting my bill when picking my Jeep up, I had to do a double take. It was much lower than I anticipated. I have been conditioned for price shock from years of using dealerships and franchise shops for repairs. Thankfully that won't be happening any more.Service: Steering & suspension repair
