Always messing up my orders, and once received food thrown in bag. Also had a lady drop my order on the floor and still gave it to me and would not remake my food.

This was my first time trying A&W no idea what to get so I asked the staff. They knew what they were selling and the customer service was top-notch this place impressed me and the food was delicious.

Restaurant is regularly unkempt. Staff are dismissive and unattentive when taking orders, touch cash/hair as well as I have regularly had to return orders to be corrected and have been given attitude. Walking past without placing orders I have observed staff following customers and berate them publicly for not placing serving trays where the staff wanted them. Due to regularly returning undercooked food and the lack of cleanliness of this location,I would not recommend this location if you value your health or your family’s.

The food is what you'd expect. The majority of the staff are rude and I have yet to see one wash their hands after handling cash. The cleanliness of the restaurant needs to be looked into as well as the tables are constantly sticky.
