Don't bring your business here go to easy homes they have top customer service. the GM Phillip Amato is racist has called cops on black and people of indigenous decent for no reason but to prove is small manhood. This companys location will pull money on days that are not specified in your contract by Khrystnyna Beisel or the GM. I have witness the GM yell at the top of his lungs at the delivery drivers. I will never support a business that allows verbal abuse like that to customers and employees. There is always half smoked cigarettes along the door INSIDE the business. In the winter the GM Phill will open the back door and smoke from inside the store making everything smell like cigarettes. The GM will call you on his personal phone and threaten you. They never seem to be able to keep good staff since KAT left she was the BEST GM. Below are photos of the GM laying on his back playing cards on his phone with his feet up on showroom furniture that is ment to be sold to customers as new. He has lived in the store and opened a new matress then sold it as new, so now someone out there is sleeping on stinky old man skin partials. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to this terrible Business EVER you never what "NEW" products you will actually receive.

I started my Aarons loan in 2021, and initially things went well, then I went through a break up/ divorce ect. Even lost my job for a period of time. when it came time to turn things in or pay, my ex had taken it. I went back and fourth for a few months trying to come up with a solution, but my situation was not getting better, the store manager was messaging me (said he was the manager but did not act like one), called me a liar and a thief, yes I still have the texts showing that. Even showed up at my friends house where I was staying when I wasn't home looking for me, Him personally!. so I reached out to the District Manager who assured me he would deal with this. again first correspondence was good. a payment did come out of my account which covered some of the past due. But I was unable to make more, as stated before, my ex took the stuff, so i was not able to return it. before long, the district Manager was threatening me, saying in one text that I was a bad father and teaching my kids to be thieves (yes I still have the text).Due to my overall situation, I had to do a consumer proposal, and I had no choice but to add this amount. The the district manager (I'm not as sleezy as him so I'm not including his name, I'm sure he has a family as well) was even being rude and arguing with the company who is doing my proposal, saying they wont follow suit. even after the proposal was approved in court, I am getting 3rd party collections letters and calls from the Aarons account and told " they don't do proposals"its unfortunate for Both sides this happened. I would stay quiet as there is oweness on me as well in this, but the way it was handled and the threatening way I was spoken too is what prompted this review.make sure if you lease from here, your life doesn't fall apart as there not very good at dealing with this.I am now an easy home customer, with 100% good luck.

Use caution while dealing with this store went in there yesterday to look at it sectional. We did the application and everything else we were told one price in store What it would be a month when home waited for the phone call got a phone call turns out It was a different price altogether when they want to take payment when questioned. I was told I would get a phone call back never happened and then when I called back today I got told that I just wanna be mad This is very extremely poor business practices and very unprofessional. I wasn't mad I wasn't angry or anything else but it seems like an excuse to blame the potential customer rather than rectify the situation and actually apologize again use extreme caution while dealing with this company.

Adrian the manger told me after the I made payment he promised me he will look at my bed what piece I need for my bed he told me on phone I will be there 4pm Saturday he didn't show up at my apartment he could told me he had day off why would he tell me that on phone I find him very disrespectful of him not tell me the truth he also told my wife he was coming on Saturday he could of phone me tell me he can't come i want him reported to head office

I do not recommend Aaron’s to anybody very unprofessional rude ignorant employees that clearly have no idea what is what! Phil he’s another story very ignorant rude to customers he will yell at you over the phone swear at you threaten you he has no compassion for anything but himself! With all the complaints regarding Phil why is he still there? Save yourself the hassle and go else where! They will not treat any customers with respect!

Ashley has a hard time understanding things and doesn't communicate clearly with me. I understood what she was saying and communicate this to my husband and she rudely said no. Adrian told us they were going come over between 3-6 today which didn't happen because my husband bought the bed. So that's your mistake. She need to have respect and listen to our opinions. This is not customer service at all. We pay lots of money to have it repaired and you can't think of yourselves. Pay attention to your attitudes as it does matter

This Company is just Awful! One star is just because I can’t give zero! They have no customer service whatsoever and treat people like complete trash!! The general manager Phil calls clients on his personal phone and belittles them and yells at them if they miss a payment. The only smart thing that came out of him mouth while he was yelling and screaming at me over the phone in front of my 10 year old daughter was that if I don’t like it go to easy home! Well Phil I have done just that and they have been Fantastic. Besides Phil’s awful customer service the furniture I received was trash and missing parts to the point that I needed to go and buy new hardware to be able to put it together. There was screws sticking out of the front of the dresser and one of the bolt plates needed to be threaded! Honestly at this point I could get better furniture at ikea and pay a quarter of the price. I Will never recommend this place to anyone nor will i ever step foot back into an Aaron’s again!

Your general manager at your Edmonton location is insanely unprofessional. He’s rude, he lacks empathy and he is overly disrespectful. I’ve also reached out by email to your customer experience email and zero return. I got a phone call back leaving a number to call someone back who didn’t even leave a name. Very poor experience.

By far the worst so called regional manager Phil ! Phil has absolutely NO customer service training whatsoever nor dose he have the ability to show paying customers respect in person or on the phone! Swears at his customers , his lack of respect for paying customers on an on going behavior . This ugly behavior needs to stop from what I see ! Im not paying for an item to be sworn at in person or on the phone, to treated with disrespect for what ?I'm paying for an item ! Not his gross on going behavior this is not customer service!when a customer does not want to talk to you phill the proper thing to do is pass it off to an employed that will help the customer! NOT BE RUDE OR SWEAR at the paying customer ! The correct way of dealing with a customer Phil is pass the phone off to an employee that knows how to to actually deal with customers . As a matter of fact you shouldn't even have your job I hope you stop pushing money out of this companies hands with your lack of customer service! Had sent people to go see some items there and you're the reason why they won't go back is because you lack customer service! Good customer service you have there is Ashley maybe you should take some pointers and tips from her and learn some actual customer service! however that not Ashley's job! I being the paying customer would rather you not work there because I don't need the grief or disrespect from you whatsoever , also from what I see a bunch of your other customers revues from reading the reviews speaks volumes! WOW Phil you really shouldn't be working there !Mr Burger you should really invest your money into somebody that actually knows customer service !I filed the complaint and filled this review out to.
