I think there should be some kind of technology introduced at this store for face recognition. I went over this store (not the first time) with my friend to buy some beer. My friend works on Ace liquor as well he showed his digital ID ( scanned ID) and Store employee (not the first time attended us) said ‘ this doesn’t look like you’. My friend is security Officer as well with AHS. We are well known of illegal activities not to be performed including showing Fake ID. This was really embarrassing and bad of that store employee. At the end my friend brought his Physical ID ( same one on digital) and store employee said this one is good. My friend is been with ace liquor for almost 2 years, thats not the first time we have to ace liquor to buy. Some people need to have some sense if he rejects a ID at least have some ground to stand. Thank you sir to whoever was on 8th may evening. Nice customer service.

One of the best place, manager named as respected Shala and employee like Sandeep Labana Make this place more admirable and the way they help and suggests the customers creates a bond and improves customer relationship management which is one of the best benefit.If you are visiting there in coming days, please see the collection they have in their cooler se toon of beers of single pack of 8, 12, 15, and 24.In future, if you are in or near by The meadows please visit this place once.Thank you.

Young lady had zero clue about the difference between red and white wine. She's been there for over a year and in my personal experience should not be working there. Get staff that understand what products are being sold to insure customer care. Very unprofessional especially when I had a luxurious occasion to attend. That required a distinct enquired taste of aged wine.

Joce and seema did an amazing job helping me with my order earlier today. I couldn't ask for a better customer service team than the two of them. I highly recommend this location and I will be back to buy more beer!

Tremandous personality. Employee at about age around 50s, she is fantastic. After a long day at work when u stop to buy booze and somebody is there to tell some jokes. She is a great one. Thank you for making my day???
