I had called about a reckless driver, not knowing I phoned the wrong company. My intention was to call action express hot shot, a delivery service. Aside all that I really appreciate these guys for acknowledging right away about an issue I had, action takes it very seriously and not a lot of companies do that. So props to these guys for taking the time to answer my call right away and having to call me back right away. I’ve dealt with action towing, and it’s nothing but positivity. Thank you action towing for your business reassurance.

I would never recommend using them! I called around all of edmonton for quotes for towing my vehicle to my partners work place. They told me it would be around 140$, so I agreed to that so long as it was that price it was good. Well fast forward, they billed his workplace 200$ and told us they would look into what was wrong and call us. Instead they immediately called his workplace to say they need to pay or they'll file a complaint. They lie about their pricing and have HORRIBLE customer service. Very shady. There were other tow places with better rates than 200$, so I recommend going anywhere else.

They were quick and very reasonably priced. Came after hours on a Friday as well. Driver was super nice and super knowledgeable. 110% recommend to anyone who needs a tow. A heavy unit such as my truck or a small car they can cover you.

I called about 5 places for a quote to unlock my car. 3 of those places wouldn't even give me a price and the other two were more expensive. The woman on the phone was polite and gave me the exact price. When the guy came he was professional, friendly, and quick. Would definitely recommend.
