Wow, from start to finish Bob Lauman a sales associate helped our family choose and install the perfect flooring to our basement living room. We were worried about the fact that it was a small sale and typically we found businesses don't tend to give you that much attention, but bob was great, even when a issue came up during installation. He took the time to give options and supported our decision. All around the best service I have found anywhere in EDM. Great Work After 8 Flooring! Thanks for everything!!

After searching around for a bit to find best pricing for flooring, After Eight came in with quotes at a much more reasonable price than any other places we had gotten quotes from. Shane was our project manager and went above and beyond for us. There was a slight hiccup during install that he handled immediately and communicated well with us throughout, and it came out to be even cheaper than expected. Shane made something that seemed like a big and intense project feel really doable and he pulled it off. Highly recommended both Shane and After Eight!

I just finished having my whole basement completed and am truly impressed how well it turned out! They did an amazing job!! From the staff inside the showroom to the installers that did my carpet and tile! They were quick and awesome to deal with! Shane was great to deal with, he was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us plan our project and select our flooring. After having a very positive experience with After Eight Flooring in 2007 we decided to contact them once again when it was time for new upstairs carpeting and a runner for our curved staircase. We met Shane Garbutt on our arrival at the showroom and he was able to quickly zero in on what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable on types and qualities of carpet, and helped to steer us into a suitable choice. What could have been an exhausting session in the showroom was actually very straightforward and we are more than happy with our choice. Once the carpet was ready to be installed, Shane was very professional in keeping us informed on how it would work. As expected, the runner was a bit tricky as each step needed to be templated, but when we ran into a bit of a problem Shane trouble-shooted very well and very quickly and got the problem solved. We have a beautiful new carpet now, and very grateful to Shane and After Eight Flooring for their work on our behalf. I would not hesitate to recommend Shane and this company for your next flooring job. Shane was an absolute pleasure to work with.

We love it and it was a pleasure dealing with you! Our sincerest thank you to the very experienced carpet installers who did the installation. Absolutely such hard working individuals who take such pride in their work and are very professional. We were very grateful and love love love our new carpet! Shane was very responsive to my inquiries about Luxury Vinyl Plank when a different store dragged their feet when I wanted to place an order. I'll definitely be going back to After Eight Flooring. Their price was very good and the customer service was excellent.

I had an amazing experience with After Eight Floorings. I was looking to have carpet replaced in my house with vinyl plank. I am absolutely thrilled at the outcome.
In particular, Shane Garbutt was so helpful. Shane was both incredibly personable and professional - he truly goes above and beyond for his clients, and was quick to communicate with me in ways that work best with my crazy schedule. He also helped me think outside the box to get what I wanted done in the house well within my budget.
At every step, I felt heard and taken care of. Honestly, everything felt seamless and incredibly thoughtful, and I couldn't be happier. Everyone keeps telling me how beautiful the floors look. Amazing business that I look forward to working with again for any future needs I might have.

We recently had luxury vinyl plank installed, and today we had carpet installed on our curved staircase. The installers were exceptional. We are so impressed with everyone at After Eight.
I met Shane at the beginning of our renovation and told him what I was looking for. He listened and made it so easy.
Shane and Daniel Came to the house to measure. They are an awesome team!!!

After Eight had a great selection and price. Shane helped me make the perfect ceramic tile choice. When Tai and Peggy came to do the installation for my 3 bathrooms, I was so very impressed with their efficiency, knowledge and clean up (they even vacuumed the garage floor where they did the cuts. I'm so happy I chose After Eight!
