After struggling for a month with best buy and the technicians coming out for repairs with no success on fixing my washer the manager came out. He was very professional, listened to my issue and stayed until the issue showed up again so he could properly diagnose my machine. He replaced the parts that were not working and I am happy with the service that he provided. The only downside to this whole issue is that it took alot of complaining before it got to this point and not having a washer for a month.

I called to have a fridge that was screeching fixed. I gave them the serial and model number for my fridge. They had me text a video of the fridge making the sound so they could diagnose the issue. They scheduled me in 3 days after my call for service. Mickey was my technician. He was super friendly and respectful. He took the time to answer my questions and even let me watch the repair as I was curious on how to fix the issue myself. He took the time to explain how the fridge worked and he is super knowledgeable and patient. My fridge is fixed within a reasonable timeframe and for a reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Alberta Appliance Service.

Based only on a brief description I left when requesting an appointment, Mike correctly identified what the problem was, ordered the part & took him 30’ to replace it. Excellent service from Alberta Appliance Service.

John came out to check my dryer. It was making a grinding noise. John was awesome -very friendly, professional and arrived on time as advised. Answered all my questions. Replaced a roller. Let me watch as he took the dryer apart and explained all the possibilities it could be. Great person to have on your team! Would call these guys back just because of John!

Excellent professional service. On the initial call the technician arrived within the the two hour window, diagnosed the problem and gave us a realistic assessment of what could be done to fix the various issues with our five burner 14 year old gas stove. He returned with the parts and with much patience (and tenacity) he cleaned and replaced the failing components bringing the stove we were ready to replace back to life.

Whole experience was excellent. From professional reception to technician. My fridge was not holding temperature. Called Alberta appliance. The receptionist asked me a few questions regarding the problem and then was able to get me an appointment quickly. The technician explained to me what was the problem with the fridge when he arrived. He had the part with him thanks to the reception for troubleshooting prior to the technician coming. Fridge was fixed!!!! Thank you and will definitely tell all my friends.

Called for a Technician to work on our fridge that was freezing our food. The technician came out and said it was the sensor so was charged in total $355.00. I went and stocked up all my food and the very next day I had a freezer full of frozen food which I had to discard. I called and they sent out the technician again and he said it was the motherboard he needed to replace but would have to order one. Several days later he comes to install the motherboard and finds out that it is not the motherboard that its a wire the runs through the insulation which is all sealed so he told us that it’s not repairable. I wanted you to refund me for the cost of the sensor plus labor as you put in a part that did not fix my fridge in the end. I expect to pay the $155.00 for the service call and diagnosis but why should I have to pay for a part and labor that in the end didn’t fix anything. I feel like you were guessing by process of elimination. I talked to several people at your company and all you will return to me is the cost of the sensor ($50) but I have to eat the labor to put the sensor in which is very unfair. I will not use this company again….STAY AWAY!!

I got a microwave handle on my Samsung OTR microwave replaced 4 months ago by Alberta Appliance Service. It broke and I just called them to replace under warranty. They refused because I called 2 days after warranty expired. Those 2 days were Saturday and Sunday. They were closed on the weekend.

Worst service in Edmonton. Technician who came to repair is not interested in working and told me all the excuses like I didn't bring the equipment, there is not enough space to repair the appliance, waiting for other technician bla bla.... Technician keeps on insisting me that he has 25 years of experience. Who cares about his experience when he doesn't know the real issue is and as a customer I need my appliance to be repaired but not his experience or life history. I would give zero rating if there is an option. Please be aware of this company services.
Owner gave a reply to this review but how does he come to the conclusion that the dryer is not heating when he even didn't turn ON the dryer and what is the real cause of the issue. This technician gives all execuses in order to skip his work. If I'm the technician, first thing I would do is turn on the dryer and see if it is heating or running the full cycle but he wasn't interested to do this step.
Please read all the reviews and most of the reviews were reported like the technicians were coming unprepared without bringing service parts/equipment and somehow avoiding their work and reporting to Samsung that it is not covered under warrenty and can loot money from customers.

we were really pleased on how the services went well. Tom at first tried really his best to resolve the problem of our fridge.we were really happy when it was fixed but for unExplainable reason in a day after same problem occured.
They sent some other technician John he was even more knowledgable.He could've just change the parts go and leave but beyond expectation he stayed and find out whats really the cause.IM EVERY PARTS he checked amd make sure everything works well.Finally after hour of trying and trying he made us really impressed.This guy really did good job.Smooth and friendly.Thank You
