The big sign on the store says: "Alberta Drywall & Stucco Supply". When I get there and ask for stucco, I'm told they don't have any and I need to go to another store.

These guys are just the best. I saw them on Facebook marketplace last night and went in today seeking a amazing deal. I got what I needed and was impressed with the location and supply's available there. A real treat for me was petting a senior kitty while I was there. I'm always a fan of pet loving businesses and will definitely be back . Great service and supplies for busy tradesmen. I'm very impressed with the level quality service I received here

Once again I'm a lucky guy on baker #2 ,these guys are my hero's. my work safety rating is climbing faster than I can thank you ever so much. I work alone 99.9% of the time so keeping the sudden bite of gravity at Bay seems highly important so.. setting those Peter Pan puddle jumping skyhook craving feelings to rest feels great ?

You will be welcomed by a rude lady who won't even bother to greet you or ask if you need any help! She just looks at you and ignores you! Maybe these guys are too overconfident about their business that they don't even care about the customers anymore.

If you want service don’t call this place. The most unprofessional place I’ve called for insulation. Ask for items and they ask you to call their warehouse guy. How about you call them and call me back! Don’t need your attitude on the phone either. Wish I could give you a zero. Had 36 Oil and Gas locations to do.

The website for Alberta Drywall was super efficient to navigate for insulation searches. The staff was really quick at loading up a large order and had me on the road again in a few minutes. Very impressed with the amount of products this store has. I will definetly be back!

Buddy, I had a 9am delivery scheduled with Alberta Drywall... AT 9AM! I even took an hour off work (I start work at 9am but I went in at 10am) and around 9:40am they're still didn't show at my house and I had to head off to work, I called them, Aaron answered and apologized cause they went to the wrong house and he said he will call me when they're on their way, I called again (around 11:06am) and a different guy answered (I think the owner) said "Aaron didn't schedule my order (I scheduled it on Tuesday for Friday delivery that's 3 days before) on the schedule-board and that's why they missed you" but Aaron (at 9:40am) told me they went to the "wrong house", anyways now they will come at 12pm I said "oh so my appointment was at 9am but I'll get my stuff at 12pm" then he said "I had the guys come back to change trucks cause the truck they took didn't have any road lights working, like the signals and headlights" these guys don't even inspect their own trucks but then he also said that he will send 4 guys to my house for quicker drop off rather than just 2 guys to make up for lost time, it's been 3 hours thou. Either Aaron and this other Guy is obviously lying. One says they went to the wrong house the Other is saying I wasn't on the delivery schedule.Go to Lowes way more professional I put a order for a wood order cost me $700 and the schedule was for 10am and the delivery showed at 10:10am I can live if they're ten minutes late but not 3 hours late. The delivery guys where good this review is more for the office.

They damaged my property, and refused to deliver the entire order and are holding my money/refund hostage. The level of unprofessionalism when dealing with Bart has left me dumbfounded. The lack of customer service is appauling and I am not sure why anyone would ever choose to purchase anything from this establishment. First my order was late, which is not the end of the world, however they do not have the courtesy to call and inform you as if your time is not important. When the delivery arrived it was only half my product. I was already behind schedule so I would have to settle for receiving the remaining order then next day. So for them to start I removed the glass from my basement window. The opening is 56inches. The boards are 48inches. They careless brought the drywall through the window hitting the frame with almost every board causing the frame to break in multiple places. When I called the office to speak to a manager Bart was, well I have no words for him. He didn't apologize. Tried to blame the window and not his staff. He proceeded to tell me he would cancel my order and not deliver the rest of it , that his crew does multiple deliveries and know what they are doing only the crew themselves all for one person was their first day on the job. So he lied plain and simple, didn't take responsibility and rather then find a solution is holding my product/money hostage. They have 0 integrity, we have a legal agreement that they are not fulfilling nor taking responsibility for the damages. Deal with this knuckleheads at your own risk and be prepared to experience the worst customer service possibly in any industry ever.

What a joke of a company. Damaged my window during delivery and instead of trying to make things right the "manager" was so rude and unprofessional swearing and screaming and hangs up telling me they're refusing service to deliver the rest of the drywall I paid for. Won't even compensate for the window their staff destroyed. Stay clear of this company.

Just walked in. Was Looking for some patch up solution for my vanity cabinet. ERIC suggested a solution. Worked. I had a good experience . Not everything for everybody. That's how life works guys :)

They delivered drywall and insulation to my home but couldn’t be bothered to wipe their boots and proceeded to repeatedly track mud onto my carpet. They’re happy to take your money but management doesn’t care how its employees act. Read the other reviews, don’t buy from these people, and avoid the headache.
