This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had! The staff were amazing to deal with. So glad I heard about these guys on 105.9 Shine FM! My only complaint is I practically had to ask them to ask me to buy the car lol ? great low pressure shopping experience.

I have always had amazing experience with Alberta Truck and Auto. From start to finish, they made the entire process of buying a car smooth and stress-free. Sean, Logan, and Cheryl are always welcoming and go above and beyond every single time. Great sales and service. Cheryl and Sean certainly went the extra mile for us. We would not hesitate to deal here again, or to send family and friends to them when they need to get a vehicle. Friendly service with a smile for sure! And no pressure sales tactics. Imagine detailing where they hand wash in this day and age! Thanks to the whole team.

Absolutely rude!!! All they seem to want to do is put you in a brand new vehicle. They don’t want to put any effort in finding something older that can still be financed. Mark was his name. I put in my requests and he told me “impossible, sorry”. Those words. You could be a little nicer letting people down and not be so snotty. Rude rude rude!

Chill and friendly staff, they don’t use high pressure sales tactics, there was no hidden fees, the warranty was incredible value for the money, and the car I bought is great! Shopping here was so much better of an experience than any of the other dealerships I visited before this one and I 10/10 recommend it.

Purchasing vehicles can be extremely stressful. One never knows which dealership is trustworthy. However, you'll never have to worry about Alberta Truck and Auto. Sean, Cheryl and their staff go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy with their purchases. In addition, they will do everything possible to help clients. They are professionals, easy to talk with, provide excellent advice.
I've purchased two vehicles from Sean and am.pleased with both. I highly recommend Alberta Truck and Auto!

Do not buy any vehicles from this place. They go back on their word, on everything. They don't do proper inspections. Awful awful place. If you do happen to be purchasing from them, get everything in writing or record what they say. I would give negative stars if I could!!

I had a great experience with Alberta Truck & Auto. Bought my new to me vehicle about a month ago no issues. The buying experience was seamless, the sales lady was friendly and talkative. The finance manager was helpful and quick. I was in and out the same day with a seemingly reliable vehicle I can afford with no additional fees to the sticker price. I will likely buy my next vehicle from here. Highly recommend. Truly a family run business. Thanks for being honest vehicle brokers. It helped this family out.

Amazing staff, extremely helpful, and family friendly - they even had treats for our two daughters. Couldn’t ask for a better experience! We walked in and never felt pressured at all. Not at all like most dealerships where you are bombarded with sales people. We will happily be choosing them again in the future!

Recently bought a vehicle and quickly realized there an issue with the wheel alignment. Sean was extremely helpful and the maintenance team were able to remedy the issue to include a set of four new tires at no charge. This the second vehicle I have purchased from Alberta Truck & Auto and both times the service was top notch.

We had a very good experience dealing with Cheryl and Sean (excellent finance options).
I’m enjoying my new to me Kia. Definitely recommend if you’re in need of great used vehicle.
My only issue my windshield washer isn’t spraying the washer fluid out, I’m passed my 7 day warranty.

Sean reached out to me and thier mechanic has replaced my washer motor! Such EXCELLENT customer service and actually caring for their customers!

Great operation. I've bought at least 10 vehicles from them over the years and never had a problem. Talk to Cheryl -- It's great to meet a used car salesperson who is even more concerned with your satisfaction than you are.
