I have been a regular customer at Aldo, and I decided to treat myself with an Aldo bag for my birthday. Instead of shopping online, I chose to visit the store. At the counter, I encountered a man who seemed to be the store manager. Unfortunately, he was very rude and unprofessional. I casually inquired about the birthday discount, and he asked me to provide proof. It felt more like an insult than assistance. I got the impression that he was not interested in helping customers, as he was juggling multiple tasks at the counter. If I see him in the store again, I would prefer to shop online.

I purchased one bag here. Staff name on receipt is KAELA. She showed unhappy face when i asked <can you pls check for me how much for this one> bcz the bag is no tag. Then when i paid cash, she is not really happy. Then i asked <do you have any new on inside> she said <that s only one> with a bad voice. Poor service by that staff name KAELA. Not respect customer
the day before, i bought one , was serve by a young man, he was good helper.

Not sure what her name was but lady with blonde hair was very rude. The way she was interacting with customer service and me made me feel very unwelcomed.

Dua and Carlos are very helpful. This was my very first time at Southgate location and they made my experience very great. I asked so many question but dua was very patient and Carlos helped me picking the right size for my shows. Thank you guys

I walked into Aldo to pick up boots that I had ordered on line. I was in a hurry because I needed to get back to work so I didn’t have a lot of time. While at the store, I found another pair of boots that I wanted to buy that were on sale. Kae, the manager was so helpful and the boots were a size too big (or so I thought), but that was the only pair they had, (Kae checked all the stores). Kae was able to show me how inserts work and I was able to wear and buy the boots-they fit even better with the larger size and the inserts than the smaller size without the inserts. I know this because she had me try on the same boot in a different colour in the smaller size. I can’t tell you how wonderful it is to deal with someone who is so helpful, knowledgeable, extremely efficient and very considerate of the limited time I had to get done what I needed to get done. Kae is not only beautiful on the outside but in the inside as well and that is a rare combination! Then to find out from Kae how much she loves her job-well that said it all! Aldo is not only my favourite shoe store but Kae is now my favourite person that I have dealt with at Aldo. I have been shopping at Aldo for over 25 years. Kae is truly great at what she does and what a bonus that she loves her job! Aldo you are very fortunate to have someone like Kae representing your brand. Thank you for the excellent buying experience!
