Computerized answering system is sub par, no one is available to assist. On hold time to talk to someone is ridiculous. More staff is needed to meet customer needs.

An excellent experience. I had been all over town looking for this cheap little plastic piece and couldn't find it anywhere. Even though the potential sale was worth next to nothing, Patrick took the time to look deeply through the system inventory as well as the shelves to see if there was another solution to the problem and/or check in case the computer had missed something. I never got the sense that I was any sort of an inconvenience, and left the store with as much of the solution as he could provide as well as a full understanding of what I needed to complete it, why I was having trouble finding such a thing, and where I could likely turn one up. Thank you Patrick!

Great store terrible online store don’t trust stock levels they say they have stuff they don’t , you pay go to pick up and they are back ordered

Walked in completely unprepared and unaware of what I needed, they helped me through every step of the process.
The entire staff was extremely friendly and had great communication amongst themselves to help me as fast and effectively as possible I am thoroughly impressed.

I'm an average homeowner/senior with no special mechanical skills who tries to save money by doing his own plumbing/appliance repairs guided by YouTube videos. I have attended this store many times for repair parts for kitchen and bathroom taps, furnace condensation pump, dishwasher several times, and our dryer. I have always, without exception, received friendly, courteous and patient service and advice. Consistently great service is so rare these days and is very much appreciated.

Called their 1 800 and found the part I needed in stock in Edmonton. Drove in from Lamont, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, confirmed the part I removed was the part I required to repair my gas dryer.Part cost $21.00 ,new gas dryer $1100.00...Amre staff priceless , thank you again.

Always fast and friendly, I highly recommend Amre all the time, and their pricing is almost always better than the big box stores.Almost always have the part I need in stock, and if its not in stock they usually have it the next day.Everything from Retrofit filters for a furnace electronic cleaner, heating element for a 15 year old dryer, a impossible to source drop in exhaust fan replacement, to being the only place I could find a drain pump for a washing machine in stock that wasn't 2 weeks delivery away and for a much better price than the next supplier.
