Furnace inducer motor failed, contacted them and the new motor was shipped overnight. Unfortunately the part came damaged, I emailed Beauty and instantly sent me a form to fill out for damaged replacement. She guided me with filling out the form and cc'd me in her email with the warranty department.
Listen, things happen, no one wanted to send out a broken part, but they rectified the problem and another one was sent out immediately.
This is customer service and the best companies are the ones with great support. I will deal with them again.

Absolutely outstanding service.
I genuinely would thank Trevor for the help he gave me. I was physically unable to pick up my order myself, and Trevor went out of his way to arrange delivery for me without charging anything extra. That alone already says a lot about the kind of people working here.
Huge thanks as well to the driver who kindly delivered everything to my place. The whole experience was smooth, caring, and incredibly human.
I’m extremely grateful and will definitely recommend Amre Supply to anyone. Five stars isn’t enough. This honestly helped me get through a really dark day!
