Went in to the counter. When I got into my car I noticed Emily gave me the wrong part.Went in again and Mel did the return for the wrong part and gave me the right one. Fair to say both parts looked almost the same. Yes, I recommend this store.

Angela was so great! She was so determined to help me with my problem. When she finally discovered that the company didn’t have what I needed she recommended another supply place. They had the part I needed. I am so so grateful to Angela!

Called today, the guy was extremely condescending, he talked and repeated himself with no breaks for an entire minute and a half, our entire convo was less than 5 minutes, it was ridiculous, dude actually repeated himself 8 times in a row no breaks asking for my part information but never stopping talking so I could give it to him. Google was my saviour, Amre quoted me 4 weeks turn over when i was able to order the part on Amazon in a day. I won't be putting these guys on a high horse anymore, google is better, faster and more appropriately priced.I believe this previous purchases may have been an anomaly. They usually are pretty good.

I cannot give any stars. The part does not fit. The shipping cost more then the part . Your shipping policy is wrong. It is supposed to be $12.99 return not $15.99. Just do not want to order online and pay more then the part is worth. I fixed it without this part which was not right for the toilet. To complicated a process to return it in the mail. The whole experience is horrible.

I was dealing with Lucy, regarding the order I placed (and having it shipped from their Edmonton downtown to the S side at no charge). She was amazingly pleasant AND super efficient. I never write reviews, but Lucy made it such a good experience that I had to complete one.

I contacted this company for a part and dealt with their online rep who gave me the link to purchase a part. It was the wrong part. Despite that, I don’t get a full refund back. They don’t reimburse the shipping despite it being their mistake in giving me the wrong part number. Do NOT buy from here or make sure you do your own research on what part you buy. Cannot trust their virtual reps.They got one star because they did deliver on same day shipping, so I got the wrong part the next day.

The website is extremely easy to use, especially if you have your model number. I’ve been fortunate enough to only need to order a couple times but pricing was fantastic and it showed up in a couple days free of charge. My go to supply place for appliances!

I've purchased from here several times and found that they have good selection online and in-store. Prices are good too. Customer service is not always the best though. It is hard to find employees on the floor for assistance, and I've had to go to the checkout to seek help with locating items and employees seemed grumpy at times. An employee at checkout once made a strange comment/joke about whether I also needed a toilet seat (I had purchased a toilet flange) and another employee whispered for him to stop, so I suppose it was an inside joke at my expense, which I did not understand.I will continue to shop here because items are of great quality but I usually don't feel comfortable due to customer service.

Adric Isfeld Was extremely rude on the phone. In an 8 hrs day he could not even reply to an email. I suggest if you are going to work in customer service. You be a little bit kinder to your customers. So much for same day delivery. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Their company is heavily bureaucratic. It takes 10 days to open a cash account with them. Dealing with them feels like dealing with a bureaucratic government, as if you are begging them, and is extremely inefficient. They don't work hard, they don't check the shipments, they send the wrong goods. After-sales service efficiency is also extremely low, their own company made mistakes, not the first time to solve the problem for customers, but the implementation of their so-called complex procedures. The client also bears the cost of innocent time. I really do not understand, now the network is so developed, the market competition is so fierce, how can there be such a company, such a company will have a better future? I really hope that their bosses can see this information and make timely changes.
