“We recently had our large German cuckoo clock serviced by The Old Woodworks (it was attacked by the Roomba!). Great service, excellent price, and it now works well. Would not hesitate in recommending them to others.”

“Amazing experience, had to sell some of my gold jewelry as I needed emergency funds. I was blown away with the offer as I was not expecting much. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful with all my questions. I give them all the stars in the universe but I am only allowed to add 5 here.”

“This is such a cool place! Definitely worth a visit. They sell a small selection of iron on patches, enamel pins, keychains, magnets, stickers, and tons of other things! The older lady at the resister is super nice and you can tell she has worked there for a while. Great customer service too!”

“Very, and I mean VERY Cool Spot. So many things to see and enjoy in here. I find it a bit better than the other place up the road, there are cheaper items and less of the pop culture stuff. I like the pop culture things, but I also like just taking a step into the past IN RMAM. It’s a super groovy hidden gem.”

“Very eclectic and unique antiques. Helen the owner is always there and is friendly and knowledgeable about everything antique. My wife and I enjoyed our visit. There is no order to anything but it is interesting to the eye. The store is small but clean. There is no public washrooms and only street parking. It’s an interesting place and made more interesting by chatting with the owner.”

“Noemi at the St Albert location was most knowledgeable and patient helping me choose a stone and a design for a ring I’ve been wanting to create from my grandmothers setting that simply isn’t my style. Together, with my vision and her expertise, we will take the old and make it new, while leaving the sweet sentiment intact ?. As always, my experience at Becks has been fantastic.”

“WOW such an amazing store run by the nicest lady:) two floors filled to the brim with very high quality vintage retro or otherwise clean old stuff:) worth mentioning was the furniture at a more than fair price. Some appliances (example wood burning stove and oven) at an astoundingly low price. Personally I grabbed some small keys and a "cut throat straight razor" all for a very good price. Many more where that came from as well. Worth a look FOR SURE. Heads up park next to the store :)”
