“Safe, clean and we have a spacious beautiful apartment. Been residing here for more than a year now and did not face any issues ever! Everyone is so professional and accommodating, specially the two kindest realtors; Pricilla and Barbara who has always been there for us from day one. Lots of entertainment at the socials for Halloween, Christmas etc.
Jozef our maintainance manager is always there to assist for any issues at all times. He is efficient and fast. Not to forget the place is found forever neat and tidy managed by a sweet lady Nadia specially the common flooring, chute, garbage area and the patio. Always clean. !
Thankful to have chosen this place. Our first home in Canada.”

“Me and my wife are going to be living in this building, i have read and heard more good things about this building and the management, and can't deny it with the kind of cooperation and great service the management has provided me from viewing of the unit till now, specially Grace from the management she was really helpful and nice, showed us the unit according to our preference explained everything in detail about how the building works and how quickly we can get help if needed in future. Absolutely loved it and we are looking forward to move on the 18th October.

“Lived here for almost two years. It’s an old building, she has some issues, it’s unavoidable. However since I’ve been here management is great with communicating repairs and scheduling any contractors/pest control. The building manager is such a kind, friendly lady. Also love the maintenance guy, he’s extremely nice and helpful.”

“I have lived here for 2 years now, one of the best place's I have ever been at. The office staff are great, Tina goes above and beyond to fix any problems. It is an older place, but I would not want to give it up for any other complex.The other people that complain about Jasper on eleven are just being drama queens, every building will always have some issues, with that being said, the staff here are excellent to fix it.”
