“I truly don’t have enough words to describe how amazing Susan Parker is. From the moment you step into the building, you are welcomed by the concierge, Susan, with such warmth and kindness. Even if you are having a difficult day, just seeing her smile instantly lifts your mood.
She always takes the time to ask how your day is going and genuinely listens. She has this beautiful way of making you feel like you’ve known her for years — like family. Her positive energy and caring nature make the whole building feel more like a home.
Susan guided me patiently through all the steps when I moved into Edmonton House, and she has always been there whenever I had any issue or question in the building. She handles everything with professionalism, grace, and such a kind heart.
Leaving this review for her is truly an honour. Edmonton House is lucky to have someone as dedicated and wonderful as Susan at the front desk.

“Lived here for almost two years. It’s an old building, she has some issues, it’s unavoidable. However since I’ve been here management is great with communicating repairs and scheduling any contractors/pest control. The building manager is such a kind, friendly lady. Also love the maintenance guy, he’s extremely nice and helpful.”
“I have lived here for 2 years now, one of the best place's I have ever been at. The office staff are great, Tina goes above and beyond to fix any problems. It is an older place, but I would not want to give it up for any other complex.The other people that complain about Jasper on eleven are just being drama queens, every building will always have some issues, with that being said, the staff here are excellent to fix it.”

“I lived here for over four years and it was such a lovely place to call home. The building is clean, well maintained, and located in a safe area close to parks, which made it great for walks. The property management team is friendly, hands-on, and very responsive. Any issues were always addressed in a timely manner, and they are available in the office throughout the day. The only reason I moved was because I was relocating to another city. Overall, my experience was extremely pleasant and I would highly recommend living here.”
