I have tried and been to many pharmacies and had someone recommend Apollo it is hands down the best pharmacy , the staff is great and actually remember you , they are helpful , knowledgeable , treat you with respect never have I had an issue of any sort . They go above and beyond of your looking for a new pharmacy I’d highly recommend giving my them a try you won’t be disappointed.

Never did I imagine I’d be writing a review about a pharmacy, yet here I am.
Apollo Pharmacy has one of the most attentive, compassionate, and understanding teams I have ever encountered. As I prepared to begin allergy shots, I found myself acting as the middleman between my allergy clinic and medical clinic. The allergy clinic designated Apollo Pharmacy to handle the delivery of my vials. From the outset, Apollo provided seamless communication, including email updates on the status of my vials and confirmation when they were delivered directly to the allergy clinic. They even followed up with both an email and a voicemail to inform me the delivery was complete.
An issue arose requiring the vials to be refilled. The allergy clinic assured me they’d notify Apollo and update my medical clinic. Weeks passed with no communication, leaving me in the dark. After fruitless attempts to get an update from both clinics, I decided to contact Apollo directly. Not only did they have the most current information, but they also confirmed no refill request had been sent to them. Apollo immediately stepped in, taking charge of the situation. They coordinated with the allergy clinic, initiated the refill process, and kept me updated with a detailed email outlining the estimated delivery date to my medical clinic.
Neither the allergy clinic nor the medical clinic provided any tangible assistance, but Apollo Pharmacy went above and beyond to resolve the issue.
And here’s the kicker—they’re not even my regular pharmacy. This was the first prescription I’ve ever filled with them. The level of care and professionalism they demonstrated left me absolutely floored.
As a result, I’m moving all my prescriptions to Apollo. Their exceptional service during such a chaotic and frustrating experience speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. Thank you, Apollo, for stepping up when others didn’t.

I would argue that this is one of the best pharmacies in the city! Friendly, knowledgeable staff (both techs and pharmacists). I get through right away whenever I call and never have to wait more than 10 minutes for a prescription. Anytime I have questions one of the pharmacists is happy to help. So glad I switched from a big box pharmacy to Apollo.

Tom and his team are absolutely fantastic. Quick, kind, communicative, and knowledgeable. They compound on site - it's a stress-free game changer for a stressed out parent with a medically complex kid. I so appreciate these truly wonderful people.

The staff at this pharmacy go above and beyond to meet their clients where they’re at. The pharmacy team is truly dedicated to providing the patient with tailored, patient centred care. They offer are a independent pharmacy and it definitely shows. The team tried their best to remember each person they interact with. They also offer compounding lab on site and offer and direct bill. Definitely check them out!
