Use the automated service system, asked me the same question 4 times and got itself stuck in a loop, fantastic, now for the actual appointment itself, I showed up early to not waste their time although was told they run a tight a schedule, fast forward to my appointment time and I’m sitting waiting as techs walk around (I’m sure they were helping other customers, can hope) finally got help then they double run the diagnostics even though I had done it before and by the time that finished they told me they wouldn’t have time to service my phone . Absolute joke what is the point of booking the appointment if they can’t do it , wasted my Friday night after work sitting on a shitty wood stool and better yet didn’t even get my phone fixed , thanks apple care really glad you care

This is the closest Apple Store to me so I usually come here to purchase new devices.
I would say the service here is only okay, sometimes I’m left waiting around for upwards of 20 minutes (and that’s after asking someone for help and then saying they’ll “send someone”)
The last person to “help” me while I was trying to buy an Apple Watch would not show me the bands they had in stock whatsoever and just kept making me guess different bands and they would check and say no so i left and came back later to have someone much better help me.

I visit once or twice a year on average for product pickups and device trade ins. The process is quite efficient and staff were effective as I left the store within minutes.

this is the worst place I have ever visited. The service does not meet any standards. Especially the girl who is standing at the delivery of goods already paid for. They didn't give me the phone that I ordered and paid in full myself, I had everything in my hands, my ID, the order number, the card from which I paid: but they didn't give me the phone, the reason is still unknown. I told the number of my order, they found it in their possession, but for some reason they could not issue it. They told me that I need to call somewhere to confirm the order. Why should I call someone else if I had all the documents they needed. This is just the most horrible place and service.

I've been shopping at the Apple Store for various items, and tuning up my iPhones at the Genius Bar for many years. My experiences have been pretty good on the whole. It really depends on which Sales Associate/Genius you draw. I must admit, they do put some pressure on you to upgrade your device(s) but not necessarily high pressure, it's more suggested.
Today a Sales Associate, when asked, was willing to polish all the dust off of my iPhone with a clean cloth before putting it in it's new case that I bought that day at the Apple Store. I thought that was a really nice gesture. In the future, it would have made for a better experience if a Sales Associate approached me when I entered the store instead of me having to search for a Sales Associate.
It's the little things like having your iPhone cleaned, or the nice short conversations with other Sales Associates/Geniuses that make me feel valued as an Apple customer and much more willing to spend a lot of money here, versus PC/Windows stores.

This store is making money by telling that your phone has water damage, deny any repairs and show unclear pictures and press that it’s not repairable due to safety concerns.
Apple was known for their customer service and support but not anymore. Even taking the phone to the bathroom can cause water damage hence making it unrepairable. I see several others who had the same experience at this store and had to deal with the manager who only wants to rub policies off without any empathy.
This is not just a reflection of the store but also the direction the company is headed into

This is the worst place to go! We went there two times but they didn’t repair my phone and also the lady working over there told me to come next day! And told me that they can’t keep spair parts longer. This is the only time we can reach after jobs. Staff is not cooperative! I didn’t like the place. Same thing happened last year as well with my husband’s phone. My husband came 4th time then they repair the phone.

Half the employees are rude, feel as if they’re doing us favor while we the customers give business by spending thousands. The other half are good, but that doesn’t help, will never visit this store.

I came on time to my genius bar appointment. They messed up my appointment time and took a different person instead of me during my appointment slot. Thats okay. I waited patiently because I was informed that I was put next in line. Then I showed my computer to a tech and was recommended to purchase an external hard drive (which I did). It cost me $167. I come home and the USB C doesn't even pair with my computer!!!

I don’t know what it is about this Apple Store, but every experience I’ve ever had has been so horrible. They are so unprofessional, lack any product knowledge, and generally seem to despise customers for making them work. Service so bad I’ve thought about abandoning the Apple ecosystem all together.
