I came in to ask some questions about my account and deleting a stolen phone. Jimmy greeted me at the door, listened intently to my questions, and went straight to work to help me, and more importantly, showed me where to find what I was looking for and how to update the information I needed to. Spent nearly an hour waiting to pick up my repaired laptop. Unimpressed.
Dropping the laptop off went a lot better, and the repair period was adequate. The 2 techs that I worked with were awesome. Everything else not so much.

Called the store on Jan 5th/26 around 4:35pm and a horrible human by the name of Tom picked up. All he did was lie. I even asked when he would be at the store so I could deal with him to get this resolved and he said he lived at the store 24hrs a day 7 days a week. Absolutely ridiculous and very concerning that he would treat a customer like that. If anyone is reading this make sure if you are in the store for any sort of help to ask for anyone except Tom. I will be going to the store with my phone recording soon to talk to management over his disgusting behavior so no other customer has to go through this.

Took a laptop in to be repaired for damaged keyboard keys. Explained that it happens due to pressure being put on the laptop when it was closed. They claimed it was due to liquid damage to remove the warranty. After mailing the device to Apple directly, Apple fix the device without any issues. Southgate management should be ashamed of how they handled this situation.

I recommend shopping elsewhere. This location appears unwilling to exchange products, even when defects are present immediately upon purchase, and instead attempts to place responsibility on the customer.

I was just roaming in the mall and walked-in to the apple store. I never had an iphone before. I saw iphone 17 and got curious. Chandan is awesome at what he is doing. He attended me and explained everything nicely. Calm and composed personality. A genuine review and comparison between 16 & 17. One thing I liked the most, he didn’t force me to buy (like typical sales person). Also, he was helpful doing affirm setup. Got my 1st iphone.
10/10 for his service.
