I rarely leave reviews but I feel compelled to write one about the amazing service at Arcal Autobody. I have brought a few vehicles to Phat and the team at Arcal Autobody over the years and I have always been very impressed with how well they have turned out. I cannot praise Arcal Autobody enough for the incredible service and outstanding workmanship they provided when my vehicle was unfortunately involved in a serious hit-and-run accident. My suv had autobody work done here and when returned back to me (through Nissan), had been completely ransacked throughout the vehicle of my insurance and registration, and a lot of other personal items. Checks that I did not know were in my car were stolen and attempted to be cashed out and used. There was no broken window or damage to the car meaning I will have to assume that there was a lack of care/diligence in locking the doors overnight.

Came in here to fix exhaust, they did few spot and charge me $150 the welding is isn't pleasant look For the price. Seems like kids welding. I ask the gut here how he would charge me on my other car which has dent. He told me $550. Then when I came back after few months coz I have the money. The he told $1200 not $550. I think their were trying to take advantage on the people doesn't know about car. "People"

I had brought my vehicle in before for some minor repairs. It needed to be done 3 times before it was done correctly! Phat; the owner always had an excuse...the paint hadn't cured, maybe the paint was old ..anything but human error (or laziness) on his part.Needing repairs after a vandalism, I returned. You know the saying - fool me once?? Well, fool me twice!!! His efforts in fixing 8000 worth of repairs was laughable!! Nothing had been removed, just taped, he even changed the wrong windshield wiper blade...and had the nerve to bring out an old one and install it right in front of me!!! There was over spray all over my vehicle that had to be cleaned by another company and buffed out!! After questioning his work and work ethic, without argument Phat, the owner, not only gave me back my deductible, but told my insurance company NOT to pay him, that he would take a loss!!!Bottom line...he didn't want anyone to see how badly he had done the insurance job!!!I just picked up my vehicle from elsewhere, it had to be redone again, and it looked amazing!!! the bodyshop that fixed all the problemstold me that all the paint would have peeled and rusted and I would have had to payout of pocket to fix Arcals mistakes!!!If it's an insurance job, stick to their preferred list of vendors...Arcal Autobody is not on any of them!
