Not as cheap as urban planet but still a great selection of clothes to pick from. Jewellery and acc are slightly $2-$3 more than urban planet but still reasonably priced. Cheap material so don’t expect quality here, lots of fast fashion. Clean store and very organized. Nice clearance section to pick from if your a fellow poor povo like me. Hopefully you’ll find something that you like here though. ?

I had an amazing experience here today. I had to make an online return and it went smoothly. The girl was very helpful and nice. I got back in line the second time to make a purchase and the other lady was very friendly and helpful as well.

I just want to say the staff at this location are extremely fatphobic. I came in, cause online Ardene offers a curve collection 1X-3X and I happen to be a 1X and XL is a little snug. The staff told me they do not carry sizes that large with disrespectful tone & body language (rolling eyes, giggling to each other) and told me to go shop at Penningtons. I’m appalled, embarrassed, and disappointed that the staff haven’t been trained to be inclusive. Poor management all around. I will also be contacting corporate for this poor behaviour as I’m sure this is not the way they want their company to be represented. This situation happened on Sunday April 28th.

Omg worst customer service I’ve seen in a while. Workers avoid you and cashier doesn’t talk to you through the whole transaction other than to say your total. I told the girl to have a good day and her reply was yep. Replace your staff they aren’t worth the money you give them. Standing around pretending to do something and hiding from your customers.
Edit: Here is the cashiers number : 82344. I read your reviews within the last couple months and you guys have some really low reviews. So I’m providing the cashier number off my receipt to help deal with your staff you might consider replacing as they are not helping create a good image for your company.

I ran in quick on a break at my work, to do some Christmas browsing, and I was going to put some things on hold to pick up after work, but when I asked the girl up at the till when they closed she looked me up and down, gave me very rude attitude and said "uh 8" and that was it, then proceeded to talk about me to her associate and I just walked out, I won't give you my business when your employees and someone who looked like a manager is that rude about simple questions, this was the closing shift on Monday night. She was blonde with grey sweater, everyone else was nice but she was so rude. I also work in customer service and I know how badly we get treated, but it doesn't mean you treat customers that way. Will not be shopping at this location, rather trek out to WEM

This store has great selection on clothing but there are jeans that don't exactly provide plus size selections (only stops at size 13). Low ratings due to staff. I generally think they should hire people who actually knows how to provide great customer service.

I want to begin with saying I have never been treated this way at any store. The environment exhibited by two employees was toxic. I just came to exchange a bathing suit top because it was the wrong size, while doing so I saw the prices were marked down ,I just bought the bathing suit yesterday evening. At the cash counter I asked the employee , Renee( not sure of the name because when I asked her name she didnt tell me) if she could reduce the price while I exchanged just the top, and the bottom I was not exchanging ,I was keeping it.She reduced the price for the top but for the bottom she said cannot reduce price ,since its been worn.I just her told her ONCE I have not worn it, the tag is on I just got this yesterday. TO WHICH SHE REPLIED THE TAG IS NEVER AT THE BOTTOM OF SHORTS AND JUST LOOKED AT ME.I WAS SHOCKED. I asked her what are you implying? That I put the tag back on ? SHE SAID THAT IS NEVER WHERE THE TAG IS. I asked why dont you check other clothing items and see for yourself. I was just simply defending my integrity,not caring about the markdown .I don't see in any way how this information was relevant or why this needed to implied. She could have simply said I can't do a mark down for this and I would have said thats no problem. Of course I can't change I cannot change the policies of a company.Why imply that someone would go through the troubles of changing a tag?? NEITHER DID SHE APOLOGIZE , all she said repeatedly , thats not where the tags are. I forgot entirely about the markdown and simply asked her as a customer why do you think you need to tell me where a tag should be?At this time another of your employees named Sarah she walked in the conversation and aggressively said , "the other employee said this to you because item has been worn and yes thats never where the tags are."In conclusion they teamed up on me and accused me of removing a tag and reapplying it .All because as a customer I asked one question.And then Sara continued, saying this situation has escalated and tried returning everything to me, refused billing as if I did something wrong by being offended over such insulting accusation and asking why they said this.I honestly just wanted to leave, but today was an important day I needed the items I was buying. The other employee did the billing , it was quiet, not once anyone tried to apologize for their accusation and even I cannot repeat same thing again and again, what was the point they had decided already. So I let it go.I am a very soft spoken person ,and even told them I am not trying to be rude but you really cannot accuse a customer like this. Before leaving the store after feeling so humiliated I politely showed these employees the same item in different colors with tags exactly at the bottom , exactly like mine.Just so they can know, not to make another customer feel like this.Its one thing to say no because of a store policy, its totally different to falsely accuse a customer like this. A simple, no sorry this cannot be done, works. Forget customer service , I felt bullied and humilaited.As a citizen belonging to a minority , also definitley felt racially discriminated and ridiculed. Again i am not sure of her name was Renee because when I asked may i know your name she replied I dont feel comfortable telling you.Right after which she asked my name and phone number, to which even I said i dont want to give as i just didnt want to talk more and leave quietly but she insisted its needed for the transaction so I had to give it.I still cannot believe I went through this humiliation for simply asking a question if an item can be marked down, an item was keeping anyway not returning and exchanging. Over the location of a tag. Will never return to this store. After reading others' review it feels its a regular thing here anyway. The time I am taking to raise this concern is only so no one gets treated this way again. Its not acceptable. No one wants to be embarrased and have their day ruined for no reason. It does not take a lot to just be kind.

Great selection of clothes !Unfortunately my low rating is due to the staff and their poor customer service. I do not mind if the staff do not greet or help me since I can manage on my own. However, it’s when I’m ready to be checked out, they all stood around and waited for someone else to come to the till. It was only a couple minutes and I would not have minded if they were very busy, but it was just me in the store and I had made eye contact with all of them. Again, I understand the pandemic has been tough on retail employees but there was no excuse for ignoring customers like that.
