I ordered online that was on sale and i did not like how it fit me so i went to return it in store. Like i know i cannot return for a refund, but i was expecting a store credit for it. They said i can only exchange it for another item but i can't get a store credit. What the heck is the difference of exchanging it for another item and getting a store credit?? What a very very dumb policy. And Some staff here are very selective of who they stay nice to. Some Reviews about these ladies were right that's why I just order online. And instead of explaining it with empathy or compassion, the associate was just firm and mean.
I should have just called customer service right away instead of wasting my time going in store. How frustrating and disappointing.

Headed to this location as I ordered something online for pick up. The girls working this morning (August 18) were just the absolute sweetest. I had ordered the wrong size and they did everything they could to assist in finding the right size and/or different style. Could not be more pleased with my experience today and will definitely be retiring.

Love coming to this location! The team here is always helpful, store is clean and well stocked considering the size, and if they are out of something they always offer to look it up at another location or order it online.
A sidenote as someone who worked retail for years: Being excessively “helped” or followed up with 9/10 times is not an employee wanting to harass you or making a judgement on you. Usually they’re following company policy that requires them to greet you or offer help X many times before they’re allowed to leave you alone. Whether you agree with this or not, the person making almost min. wage has no power to change this. The best way to make your voice heard is to contact the company about the policy - not target workers at a store level trying to make next months rent.

Went in to look at the Super Puff jackets and holy hell the staff is amazing! Not going to lie I fully expected to be either ignored or told “we don’t have your size” - I’m a bigger girl and I’m super used to it at any other location. Tara was so understanding of my needs and why I was looking at them to begin with, while they didn’t have my size in stock she gave me the option to have it shipped to my house. Her and the adorable cashiers made it happen. I went in on Saturday, it’s currently Tuesday evening and my perfectly fitting Super Puff is in hand. Thank you ladies ??

There’s good selection here and the store is in a super convenient location, but every time I come without fail the employees are so genuinely annoying. I was asked if I need a fitting room / what I’m looking for/ etc by three different people and I was in the store for no more than 10 minutes. I don’t know if they’re making commission or what but I just left and ordered the items I had in my hands online.

Workers are unhelpful walking away when you’re talking to them.. they'll tell you they don't have what you're looking for without checking in the back or their inventory. No use talking to them.

I had been absolutely terrified to go into this store or any store for that matter, given the amount of women who have felt body shamed or uncomfortable. The only reason my experience was amazing yesterday evening (5:30-6pm), was because of one single employee. Unfortunately, I forget her name but she went above and beyond to help with choices, sizes and being extremely welcoming and loving. She brought extra sizes without me asking, that felt amazing. She helped me the entire time until check out, to help someone else. Thank you so much to this young woman, I will be coming back specifically because of her

A special thank you to Zana! She's amazing!I needed to refresh my wardrobe for work & walked in. Shortly while browsing, Zana came around asking if she can start a change room for me and add some suggestions. I immediately said sure. ?I actually loved her recommendations and I can't say thank you enough for picking those items out for me to try. I'd never have found them or pick them out but it says volume when I walked out of there with 2 of the blouses that Zana recommended.I'll definitely come back when I need to add more to my Aritzia collection. ??

I always absolutely hate my experience at Aritzia, they decide who they are going to give their service to before you’re even fully in the store. I went to this location yesterday, I was the ONLY person in the store and all three associates said nothing to me. But as soon as someone that is a size 00 walks in wearing a full Aritzia outfit they jump to help them. I had to beg them to acknowledge me when I had a question. If you want ANY help you better come in wearing any/all the designer you own while dressed up for the most important interview of your life in order to be acknowledged. By the looks of the other reviews I’m also not the only person to feel this way, it feels like the mean girls of High School.

First time going into Aritzia and I instantly understood the complaints about this place. I fully watched a female employee rip open one of the curtains and saw a poor lady in her underwear clearly changing. I wish I was joking. The poor woman looked so embarrassed. If you even accidentally touch a piece of clothing, a sales person will follow you with it and ask if you need a change room. I got asked so many times by the same brunette in an oversized blazer and I continuously said no but she kept pushing. I’m sure the clothes are nice but the staff is crazy unprofessional.
