Techs will gaslight you that a single WAN link on a firewall is killed from a lightning strike -- even if your gear is passing traffic on every other port. When you tell them that makes no sense they will refuse to send someone on site to check their gear or even follow-up internally to see if there are any changes being made. When you send someone on site you find out they have been doing a network overhaul in the area, and that your gear (to no ones surprise) is working fine. They will take your information to send you email updates and then leave you hanging. They don't seem to have any SLA's on business connections so you end up needing to buy backup connections from other providers because you can't trust a word they are saying.

Genuinely baffled by people saying the complaints from the support team. I called in a few days ago and got nothing but support and care from some nice people. Ive had fiber for a year and this was the first issue. They worked with me on the phone and when they couldnt fix it they sent someone out the NEXT day which is unheard of because how remote I am. 10/10 highly recommend. Great speeds & great support.

Decided to write a review after seeing some other peoples reviews here. They are great, I have had almost zero issues and ive been with them for years. Recently switched to fiber and its just as advertised. I get 650 MBPS and have 4-5 people on it at all times no issues.
I saw the review about someone having slow speeds and I recommend they actually phone in? Not sure why you'd email them when they have dedicated support lines up almost all day.
Anyway if they have fiber in your area cant recommend it enough.

Good morning this is the third time sending this email as no one gets back to me.
I’m sending this email as I haven’t heard back from anybody, I recently signed up for Arrow technology Internet and set it up less than a month ago, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. Initially, I was quoted around $450 for the router and installation, but during the payment process, I was charged $210 for installation alone, which seemed off. After calling back, I learned I had to pay an additional amount for the router itself.
The installer came to my home and suggested running a cable across my property, leaving it exposed above the grass. I refused, and he ultimately placed the dish on my roof but ran the line over the eaves without any attempt to conceal it. To make matters worse, he drilled directly into my brand-new siding, causing it to kink.
Since installation, my Internet speed has been unsatisfactory. I called for support on Sunday. While I believe the technician made an effort to help, the interaction was frustrating, and he was unable to resolve my issues and seemed like he was unhappy with his job. He mentioned that someone would call me on Monday, but I never received a call, and now it’s Saturday the following week, with my Internet performance still poor.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this situation. I left Telus for what I thought would be better service, but my experience with Arrow has been even worse. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please provide the service that I’m paying for.
‼️Do not get this provider, I’ve been with them for coming on 3 weeks now and absolute garbage Internet and garbage customer service. ‼️ I’m Not trying to get anything for free I’m trying to get the Internet that I’m paying for. Shame on you and your who cares attitude.

Before their Fiber Optics I would've gave them 10 stars!! Switching to there Fiber Optic was a BIG mistake. Our internet is constantly cutting out daily since the switch and calling them is no help either. Their customer service is horrible! Wish we didn't switch to the Fiber Optics. If I could give NO stars for their Fiber Optics and Customer Service I would! Don't switch to their Fiber Optics!

I highly recommend this company! Very fast and reliable service with a community-focused approach! Highly, highly recommend. I see some people giving negative feedback, but hey, you can’t expect everything to be perfect. Rest assured that this team will go above and beyond to provide great customer service.

They love to mess with you mentally, one minute your wifis fine the next your literally shutting it off for 20 minutes and turning it back on and hoping it works better (it doesn't), I had great internet theb they send one of their little wifi boys to move the dish now I can't even run the program for a speed test, WOULDNT RECOMMEND SAVE UP FOR STAR LINK AND IF YOU BOUGHT THE BEST UPGRADE FOR IT SUE THEM AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK

the latency and packet loss are just disappointing, I asked to get it fixed but was told there was no problem and suggested a new router...... we have a new one

Have had this service for a couple of years. Internet is always below the speed they quote at, since upgrading to the fiber im also having far more issues with latency. It seems packets are getting lost left and right, Wouldnt recommend for anyone to use for gaming. Its okay for streaming. Get buffers and downtime for hours and sometimes days weekly, but its better than nothing.Edit: had someone in to try and fix my issue, its actually worse today since. Will be buying starlink, I highly recommend you do the same, the hardware will cost less than your install and the internet is 10293810947905x more reliable. this is what happens when a company is very poorly managed and nobody actually cares about the consumer. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.
