If I could give 0 stars I would - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND JUST DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. They will not help you even if you’re desperate. I have damage on a very expensive dining table, don’t even know how it’s possibly, quality is a lie, and I’ve contacted 50 times nobody is willing to help AT ALL. Mind you purchased in June no kids in this home. MONEY GRAB.

The experience with Ashley Home Furnishings was fantastic from start to finish.
Our sales representative Ali, was top notch. He patiently saw us through the ever changing decisions we made while trying to find our perfect piece.
Our delivery was the 13th of the day for the delivery men. It was a 12 hr day for them I’m sure.
They were friendly, careful, fast and efficient. (And probably exhausted)
We are very happy with our new sofa.

Bought a new sectional. Sales staff was great and the purchase process was great too. The day before the delivery we get a text saying one of the pieces wasn’t going to make the delivery. Not a big deal but I would have like the option to postpone the whole delivery until everything arrives, no such luck. The next day the sectional arrives, missing the one piece, and lo and behold one of other pieces is damaged and the chase portion has an ugly corner defect. Pictures taken and damaged logged by the delivery people and by us. Fast forward one week, missing piece arrives and we get a message that someone has to come look at the damaged and defective piece. The service guy said it should haven’t make it past their quality control. Now a few days later we are told they have to come a pickup the broken and defective pieces to get fixed and returned to us. And after speaking to their office we are told we have to accept this now “refurbished” furniture. We didn’t buy a refurbished sectional, we bought something new and expect a new, not fixed, sectional. It’s not right. We didn’t damage this sectional so why do we have to be force to accept an essentially refurbished product when we purchased brand new. I will update this review when we get it hopefully sorted.
After I posted this review we got a call to resolve our issue. We got the 2 pieces replaced, delivery refunded and a gift card. Too bad it took a bad review to get things sorted. I think Ashley’s needs to fix how they do things with customer service so this doesn’t happen to others in the future. I’m only updating to 2 stars as this whole situation has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Absolutely terrible experience . Bought the furniture with the condition I could take it home that day. 2 days later still do not have it and if I want it delivered it’s more than a week away. It took 3 trips to the distribution warehouse for me to be able to pick up my furniture using up 6 hours of my time.
