Sales rep lied to us about Ashleys Warranty coverage. Recieved a flawed item, and after speaking with Warranty department I am expected to drive the sofa back to Edmonton for repair as I live "out of service area", which is not what I was stated when I bought the couch. I paid for a new couch, in new condition. Not a new couch in damaged condition. Very unimpressed. Will never buy furniture here again. Your companies short-sightedness has cost you money, as we just bought a new house we are planning to furnish. Sincerely, F U.

I found a beautiful piece of furniture in Ashley and my sales associate Aaron was amazing. He answered all my questions and even gave me additional information that was very informative. He set up white glove delivery service for me. I never felt pressure at all, he was wonderful and so patient. The selection in the store was pretty amazing.
I had my furniture delivered and they were amazing took great care and they were very friendly.
