Went to reset the PIN on my Mastercard. They reset it twice and told me to go to the ATM to confirm. Both times, I got an error message saying that the transaction was unauthorized. On my 3rd visit to the counter, they told me to call customer service. The whole point of going to the branch was to avoid the hours long wait...
