Horrible experience. We came to close some accounts and stop overdraft, the Shail Patel was much less than helpful and refused to close our accounts for us. He also lied about closing the overdraft. and the account freeze he placed did not actually work.
We went to another branch and they had NO PROBLEM CLOSING THE ACCOUNTS! This man needs to be held accountable. EXTRTEMELY POOR service and a condescending attitude.

Need more staff. Every time I come here there’s a line with only two tenders. There’s 6 desks, at least operate at half the manpower.

My wife and myself just recently had Raman as our mortgage specialist. She was extremely helpful and patient with us and helped us through every step of the way. There is alot more that is involved in pursuing your first time home but luckily she was able to guide us the entire way. She worked with my shift work shedule as well. Would highly recommend Raman

If you want to receive pathetic service, and careless attitude, visit this branch. Went there a few days ago, and received cold responses from the teller as well as the Manager, who seemed to be both eager to show their 'power' and authority, rather than be customer-friendly. I'm sure they'll apologise meaninglessly if they read this review, but i have no more patience to explain the whole story. The teller and manager know the story. But i'm sharing here, so you guys are warned.

I dropped into this ATB branch twice to simply deposit a check and was snubbed on each visit. The first time, I left as there were customers lined up out the door and I did not want wait the hour to deposit my check. The second time there were only two customers ahead of me so I decided to wait. as soon as one of the customers finished their business, the teller simply closed down and said someone else will help me???The only remaining teller on duty was joyfully having a VERY LENGTHY talk about personal issues with her customer and continued to ignore me completely. In the end I simply left and will be looking for another bank that actually provides customer service and not lip service...

Hello to all I would like to share my experiences with atb at Killarney .I had the good fortune of talking with Raman at the branch she gave me hours of advice on how to clean up my credit debt. She even tried to loan me the money with a loan. All and all I would like to thank Raman for all the hours of great advice she gave me ,and the atb bank for all the great services they offer me.
