They should close this location instead of the other one with nicer employees. They were extremely rude to an elderly woman in a wheelchair, telling her to go downstairs to use an ATM. It wasn't even busy that day. Awful!

I had a good visit to this ATB branch. I was pleasantly greeted by a nice lady upon my arrival, she asked what I needed help with, and she helped me with the ATM machine.
The communication skills and professionalism of the staff are excellent.
I highly recommend accessing services from this branch.
