I was excited to become an ATB customer after hearing glowing reviews about the customer service. I was told that even though I’m just a poor fella, much like most people, they still treat you like you have a million bucks.
When I came to open an account, and was asking for more information, they said they couldn’t help me, and that all the information was available online. They weren’t rude to me in any way, but it’s just the same as any other bank.

I had a good visit to this ATB branch. I was pleasantly greeted by a nice lady upon my arrival, she asked what I needed help with, and she helped me with the ATM machine.
The communication skills and professionalism of the staff are excellent.
I highly recommend accessing services from this branch.

One teller working during lunch. Waited 20 minutes and teller was still dealing with the same costumer. They need to have more tellers as people have limited time during their lunch hour.

The tellers need to stop pushing customers to use the ATM’s! Between this branch and the Oliver Square branch, it feels like aggression and bullying at this point! I choose to do my banking through a teller, and I won’t use the ATM. That is my right. So, stop repeatedly asking.I have spoken to the Manager of the ATB Place branch on Jasper, and he clearly lacks in the most basic of customer service skills.

The service at this branch is bad at best. Brutal response times from staff, constant follow-up is required. Time to move my accounts to probably another mediocre bank as they have all seemed to have lost the customer care focus.

There are 2 employees at this branch, Ashley and Taylor who are absolutly amazing and super friendly and helpful! they make me love ATB and coming into the branch!

Came here at 8 AM, single customer service representative, waited 30 min and still no service. Why would you list opening hours as 8 am when no employees are present.
