I needed some support letters for immigration purposes. And Mayrel was very helpful. It was pleasant to come to this branch, but please expect some line up as it is located at the centre of Whyte ave. (Note: today was fast)

If you can avoid this branch, do. Every time I go in there, there appears to be nobody working. All these empty cubicles and people waiting in line. Currently, there is not a staff member to be seen, other than a security guard and 5 of us waiting. Banking should t take so much time out of a person’s day. ??

I like my bank atb but recently moved to another part of the city was just wondering if this branch has a machine outside because it's a 11 minute walk from here. Thank you
