This is one of the worst branches there is, they need more people working in there.
Waiting time is always 1/2 hours or more.

Was trying to bring some business to them and open business aaccounts. Impossible to book appointment unless you go to the branch and manually book your appointment. Came for appointment to have another appointment booked with business adviser after 20 min of waiting. Yet specifiacally stated the purpose of visit first time.I am really unimpressed ...

This bank seems to not believe in having any tellers anymore. As a small business owner everything I need to use this bank. It is lined up with one teller working. Today I showed up at 9:45am and the doors where locked with 3 people standing around inside the bank. They told me they could not help do to the fact they didn't have a teller in yet. Terrible service, do not recommend this bank.

If you can avoid this branch, do. Every time I go in there, there appears to be nobody working. All these empty cubicles and people waiting in line. Currently, there is not a staff member to be seen, other than a security guard and 5 of us waiting. Banking should t take so much time out of a person’s day. ??

I had never had this issue with my branch in which I called because they have blocked my credit card. An answer machine gave me a menu I answered to correctly, waited 40 MINUTES on the phone (while at work, which is terrible) and when someone finally picked up, they told me the wait time for my particular inquiry was another 26 MINUTES.... this is very frustrating and I am very unhappy with service

Maria Perez worst customer service. She’s not wearing name tag and refused to provide her name to officially submit a complaint. After many requests she finally provided her name!! She didn’t know the answer to my concerns and instead of helping me she was rude and refused to give me the service!!!

IF YOU OWN A BUSINESS DONT USE THIS BRANCH.IF YOU DONT HAVE 25+ MINS TO WAIT TO DO A SIMPLE TRANSACTION DONT GO HEREIF YOU WANT TO TAKE OUT CASH FROM THE ATM IT ONLY HAS $100 BILS GENERALLYNice branch. Severely understaffed.Tellers leave line ups of 5+ customers so there’s 1 teller on to serve the rest.

Never enough tellers on. Usually 1-2 and lineups are 3+ people deep. Save your time and go to another location.
