The man at the front counter is ignorant and tries to pick arguments with customers dropping in to inquire about specific products. Flexing your audiophile knowledge to dominate a conversation with a potential buyer is not good practice for sales. This happened to several other friends and I on separate occasions. Will not be returning!

I’ve shopped here for years, and never with a true “audiophile” budget nor knowledge level. I’ve bought speakers and a turntable that are amazing 16 years later, and I continue to get great advice on tweaking my system to optimize performance in the context of living space limitations. I’ve never been upsold and I’ve never been sold a component or accessory that didn’t do exactly what I was told it would do! Thanks gang - you’re awesome!!

One of the best experiences I have ever had in a store... amazing audio equipment store with great selection for a variety of price points. Extremely knowledgeable experts working here, very helpful. I brought in my Turntable for cartridge replacement and they did this perfectly and also did some adjustments, cleaning and maintenance all included in the very reasonable price I paid for the cartridge. This is my new favorite audio store for sure!

I recently purchased a A.V.R. from audio ark i was having issues with It would not switch from blue ray back to cable box Simon tried several different A.V.R.S to find out it was the T.V. Simon went above and beyond to help me out with it Audio Ark gets 5 stars+ for there service i would 100% recommend Audio Ark to get your HI-FI components from thank you Simon for all your help i do appreciate that there is places you still get good service out there good job Audio Ark.

Have been a customer since 1984 or so. Always friendly, informative, and passionate. Too bad that so many people buy online as we'll slowly lose resources such as this where you can listen and savour the experience of choosing equipment.

Purchased an amp and speakers from them recently. Staff provided great service, knowledgeable advice and a fair price for the system. They allowed a full demo of all components, without any unnecessary sales pressure. I would highly recommend them for any future equipment upgrades or purchases.
