Those that know me, know I hate shopping for used vehicles, but John at ANC was AWESOME! He made it fun, stress and pressure free, and by far the best experience I have had buying a used vehicle. I purchased a 2019 F-150 XLT from Autonation, and it was a great experience from the first contact. They were very accommodating, specifically Dale, who is a great salesman. He was very friendly and upfront about everything, as well as worked out the numbers great. I discovered a small crack in the side mirror that I failed to notice when I first checked out the truck. Dale was so helpful as he still ordered the part for replacement on his own cost. Overall, the experience was great. The folks here are super friendly and honest, and I highly recommend them. If you get Dale as your salesman, just know he’s an absolute rockstar.

One of the best places I’ve ever purchased a used car. The car was already priced better than anything else we looked at but they went even further to make sure we were 100% satisfied. While I’m sure the whole team is great no matter who you deal with, Cole, Paul and Dale made the whole process super easy for us . Very happy with our new Durango!

I bought a certified car from them and 3000 km later I had to replace the front strut assembly’s on both sides , the shocks for the rear hatch. And now the rear control arm assembly’s so how certified is that. Be careful of this place.

I bought a vehicle almost 2 months ago and was super happy with the service and overall experience. However, when I picked up the vehicle the second set of tires that was supposed to be in the vehicle, wasn't there. Long story short, almost 2 months later, I am still waiting for the second set of tires that was part of the deal. So far I have not received a promising update. I will keep you posted how this progresses.
UPDATE: After 3 months, I was told I can drive up to Edmonton from Calgary to pick up my tires. I made the trip up there to end up with a second set of winter tires and one of the tires has a nail in it too.

Last summer I rented one of their RV's for a road trip to BC for a music festival. There were zero issues with the unit and it pulled out onto the driveway and promptly ready upon my arrival for pick up. Their friendly and knowledgeable representative Gerry walked me through how to use all the systems of the RV so I felt confident with the vehicle throughout my trip. The unit was well maintained and CLEAN! We had some questions while in transit and their company was easy to contact and very responsive to help trouble shoot, thank goodness! Also, the RV's come stocked with supplies including linens and kitchen supplies. So it makes it really worth while to use this service and minimize purchasing and packing supplies for a trip. It was a really convenient service and easy to use via their online booking service. I would definitely recommend renting an RV here if you are needing a short term rental and not wanting to commit to purchasing. Great little service they offer. I'll be using this again for my upcoming summer adventures!
