My customer experience purchasing my washing machine from Avenue was excellent. No sales spiel here! Rather, Jerry listened to my questions and concerns, answered my questions thoroughly and directly, and didn't apply any pressure for me to make a decision quickly. I did not have to pay more to support a small independent business, and Jerry made sure I knew that he appreciated my business.

Jerry at Avenue Appliance was a great help in finding us a built-in wall oven replacement for a practically brand new one that we had horrible horrible follow up service from in 2021 from another appliance company. He took the time to find us one that would fit in the space and organized the installation and everything. I sure wish we had gone to Avenue Appliance in 2021 rather than the place we did go to. Thanks so much for caring and taking the time to help us Jerry...it was very appreciated!! Would recommend Avenue Appliance when you need new appliances. They actually care.

The sales person was condescending. He kept talking over me instead of listening and gave incorrect information. Wasn't familiar with the dimensions or technical information that were relevant to my purchase. Yet, he was dismissive towards me when I provided the correct information regarding their various models. I don't believe this was a misinterpretation. The salesperson didn't appear to have the self awareness to recognize their behaviour was patronizing.
