All things for the new baby till toddler age. The store is well lit and clean. There is lots of parking with easy access from 97 St. There is an excellent selection of clothing to cribs to high chairs to toys and everything in between. My wife and I became grandparents recently and came here to look and some baby stuff. We were impressed with the selection of baby items. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Janett was amazing! She was so happy and great I was absolutely impressed!! Thank you so much Janett ! I’d say there’s one other Person there that was miserable and should be more happy :) i believe customer service is important in people wanting to come back.

Sales representative are good and helpful and should be in a better position. Supervisor Lynn and Manager Brandon lacks the customer service skills and should learn from sales representative at the store.Do not waste your time and money going to this store, they don’t adhere company policies. If you want to return any unopened registry item, the moment you tell them that you want to return an item, manager will tell you it’s used without even checking that all tags and packaging is intact. Looks like manager Brandon gives that training to his staff as well at return desk. They don’t give R club member discount for registry items either and don’t follow company policy. They should start using their own packaging tapes on the item so they won’t get confused if item is opened or not.Save time and energy, better go to buy buy baby or west coast or other store locations if you are expecting a baby and want to set up baby registry at least you get better customer service, better pricing, more discount and sign up bonuses.

A lady by the name of Jenn helped me pick a stroller. I mentioned that its for our first baby and she was very helpful. I bought a 3 in 1 stroller/car seat and she explained everything to me from how it works to Alberta's rule on car seat expiration. She also explained how car seats differ depending on the age of the baby. It sounds like a straight forward info but for a first time parent it helps a lot if there's someone like Jenn helping out and expalining things. One thing, i saw a negative review in here about the Supervisor and i think they're right about him (if we're talking about the same person, shorter guy). I didn't dealt with him but i saw him with another customer and i thought to myself im glad i don't have to ask him for help.

I visited Toya r us 97 street and was such a nice and pleasant visit very solid and helpful team well respectful they know what they are doing they work above and beyond to make sure we are not missing any deal or any promotion. Gayle-Elaine is super amazing super pleasant she walked me through the registration for babies or us that no one has mentioned before now I can enjoy coupons free items what ever I could receive also Jonathen has been super helpful and super pleasant has helped me with my purchases and directed me with what I need to buy super awesome will be always visiting this location thankful for them

Called earlier in the day to ask if I could exchange an item that was purchased on my baby registry the person on the phone named John said he had no issue doing it as I explained the situation. However when I showed up I wasn't even allowed to explain the situation without being interrupted by who I am assuming was the manager on duty. He was extremely short and seemed to be taking his days frustration on a customer. I tried explaining that this could be fixed if you search my baby registry but he didn't want to put in the work. Fine by me. The Southpark location will get my money any day. Even if I have to drive half way across the city.

The supervisor named Lynn was so rude and not very helpful I don't know why she became a supervisor with her attitude. We were just asking about the promos for the baby registry and she explained it in a manner where we felt so stupid and bad about asking. However, kudos to the associate in Babies Section, she was wearing a pink hijab and didn't catch her name, I think she needs a promotion because she was very helpful, informative and very assisting to every customer who comes. She deserves the supervisor position rather than the one who just abusing it and not caring totally for the customers.

Awful service, the manager was smug. I asked if they would do a price match for a toy that was less expensive at Walmart and the manager straight up told me no.. I asked why, as they have done that for me in the past and he explained they don't do price matches anymore. So I expressed the fact that with so much competition out there and Toys "R" Us facing complete closure they don't want to remain competitive then they're not going to get my business. so I left every item for purchase in my cart and left.

Customer service was lacking. My main concern is when we compared a stroller (cyber gazelle) that we had also tried at buybuybaby to another that only babiesrus carries, we found that the cybex at babiesrus didn't have the standing feature that the same model at buybuybaby had, yet they are the same price. We were told that the models are slightly different so people don't price match, but why is babiesrus selling the model that is lacking a really great feature at the same price. We decided to buy from buybuybaby since we didn't want to pay the same amount for a worse stroller (which is technically the same stroller). So confusing.
