Bamboo Ballroom is a gem! I came in today to just browse around, the store is clean and neatly organized, with super cute clothes that are on-trend. The staff is incredibly welcoming and pleasant, making the shopping experience even better. Their Instagram is sooo cute—definitely worth checking out!

I tend to like the items in the store, but I've always had a hard time with the staff. They don't acknowledge or welcome in customers and they never ask you if you need help or want advice. They come off a bit snooty.

I had a great experience at Bamboo! When I walked in, I was greeted and informed about their current sale. The staff was attentive and asked if I needed any help.
I spent time browsing their unique clothing selection. It’s nice to find distinctive pieces you can’t find anywhere else. I’ll definitely be back!

I walked in and made eye contact with the sales people and I said 'hi'. They looked away and ignored me while I was in the store. The other stores I went to on whyte had very welcoming staff. This place doesn't seem to carry anything over a large (if that) which is a shame and tells me all I need to know about this place.

Went to visit today as I had an awesome experience a few years ago and got some cool pieces. Today, the employee welcomed us and informed us of the sale. Found some earrings and brought them to the counter. I wasn’t acknowledged or a hello. Just rang it up while talking to a guy in the store and they were completely ignoring me while I was standing there listening to their conversation. I walked away to see if she would notice and then decided to just walk out. I’m not going to spend my money at a place where workers would rather talk to a guy than someone trying to pay. Cutest selection and decor but business interaction is lacking.

Check out their ever changing and original window displays too! We also love all the light fixtures in the store too.. we want them all!

Great local shop with a large selection which ranges from casual to more glamourous items. All good quality, higher end pieces. I recently bought an outfit for gala and got a ton of compliments all night long. The fall assortment in the store had me wanting to buy everything. Worth popping into before or after your brunch on whyte ave.
