I had a wonderful experience at the Banana Republic Factory Store in South Edmonton Common. The store was well-organized, and I was impressed by the selection of stylish clothing at great prices. The staff was exceptionally helpful, providing recommendations and assistance without being intrusive. Their positive attitude made my shopping experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I left feeling satisfied with my purchases and looking forward to returning. Highly recommend this store for anyone seeking quality fashion and excellent service!

One of my regular places in town for shopping. Store is big with good atmosphere, self scanning feature is wonderful, and staff are professional and friendly.
Wish the company had a better return policy when it comes to the allergy issues with leather.

I had really great experience at BR Factory in-person, The only thing is missing for outskirt folks are we can’t order directly from BR Factory. My only feed is to get back BR Factory Website in Canada. This will be awesome for shopping spree.

The Manager is so rude. I called about the product that I need to buy to put on hold but the manager was like can you call tomorrow we don’t have time, we are so busy. That’s how the customer service works at this store. Even I called them at 11am in the morning what stores is super busy at that time. Never talk to the manager you will ruin your day.

Came here a couple weeks ago and tried on a pair of pants, asked the associate to bring me the same one in a different colour and bought them both. They ended up fitting differently. Came back for an exchange and even though all tags were on the manager said that a specific hidden tag inside was not there and asked if I wore it outside. The whole interaction didn't make any sense. Great staff, horrible manager experience.

They have great sales most of the time . Today I didn't find anything I liked. The staff is always very welcoming and ready to answer any questions for you .
In my experience, they've got some good quality clothes at reasonable prices when they are on sale/clearance.
