The weirdest thing about gaining 30 lbs is in stores where I used to get swarmed by sales people when I was lighter, I’m totally ignored. Weird thing is I’ve also gotten proportionately richer but the salesgirls are like, nah too fat for us.

This is about the very unprofessional and rude behaviour of manager at this store.
I and my husband, just got a really nice shopping experience at other store at Premium outlet mall in Edmonton.
But got just the opposite treatment here.
We bought around $700 merchandise from Premium outlet but they didn’t have the size in the matching trouser to the jacket and we’re told that we can get it from the store in South common.
So when we came here and we greeted but the lady was so rude that she didn’t even reply back. She didn’t even look at us when she was talking to me and my husband. How rude is that. I don’t want to be very specific what we think why she did that.
Is this the usual behaviour of your employees especially when it’s the store manager ?
The co worker who did our billing just told us that she is the store manager but she didn’t tell us her name. I think we have the right to know that as well.
I believe you need to work on your values and ethics of working in a customer relationship.
We’re really disappointed and will tell our friends about our experience.

Man one of the best staff that I have encountered, I ordered stuff from.online portal where I received a factory sent wrong item in first place , went to the store from whose portal I ordered , they said it is Banana Republic item so need to go there to refund it, moreover they gave me address of specifics location store whereas there is a store in South common as well.secondly wheni went store they told speciality store cannot refund factory item which is absolutely right as per policy but seeing my tassels & frustration...Chloe & Kennedy 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 were generous enough to talk to customer service for refund & guide whole process...that's was so amazing of them to understand customer service & also help ..They both deserve this appreciation & now my new shopping stop in Southgate is Banana Republic for sure ❤️

I want to give that store 5 stars. If there will be more than 5 will give more. 2 weeks ago I had an express shopping before my wedding. I completely forgot that lady name but if she wasn’t there I will never find my dress. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any white dresses left. And that lady recommended store and gave me the exact instructions where I could find it. Omg, she literally saved me. I really appreciate help even they didn’t have what I was looking. Customer service is 1000000/10.

I’ve come to this store multiple times in the last few years and service has always been spectacular. Store will get her best knowledge and time that you need. They treat you better than most luxury stores.

My mom found a shirt online that sold put as she was about to purchase it. She lives remotely and no where near a BR, so she called the Edmonton store and they were very kind to put the exact shirt she wanted (for my wedding) on hold until I could pick it up!When I went to purchase the shirt for my mom, the staff were very kind and helpful!The clothes are beautiful! I told my partner that when we are rich (I’m a stay at home mom?) we will shop exclusively at banana republic haha.The clothes are well made, good materials and look like they would last much longer than the typical piece of clothing these days. The price point seems higher but I would assume worth it! The tissue paper and paper bag I was provided are so nice!
