Gave me 15 gallons of wrong paint. When I showed them the error in paint they said owner would call me. Been almost 2 months no one called. Had to redo entire 1300 sqft with roller.i did not want any money back from them, just wanted them to acknowledge their mistake.. There is no use of fake smiling at the front desk if you can not actually help or admit to mistake or just call and listen to the client.

Cody helped me prepare 25 samples which I rushed in for as they were on sale. As an artist who uses house paint samples, I wasn't sure they could be prepared in less than a couple hours. It took him less than an hour. Job very very well done. Also shoutout to Gunn, the store dog who was a laidback and welcoming dog. I believe I also saw a kids play area which is very thoughtful. All in all, a great experience and I look forward to heading back there soon (once I make some paintings and use up my paint!)

Had to grab a can of white paint in the morning and these guys were awesome. They opened at 7:30 and I received quick and very professional advice with very friendly service for that time in the morning. ? Paint recommend was exactly what we needed and the quality of Aurora was worth every penny.

Amazing customer service!!! Kestrel (not sure if that’s spelt right) went above and beyond picking me out 100 swatches, and answering my many many questions about paint and supplies. They gave great recommendations on paint brushes, rollers, and other accessories and went into detail about price and use differences so I could make an informed decision. I was unable to get some of the colours I wanted in the moment due to needing a darker base but they looked into ordering it and gave me all the information I need to purchase it at a later date. Absolutely terrific experience!

We had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with David on Saturday. This was our first time in the store and I can say I've never been treated better. David was informative and engaging when we browsed the store. He answered every one of our questions with clarity and accuracy . He was also careful not to make promises on their products that they couldn't guarantee. All in all a great visit , I believe my days of picking up supplies and paint from Home Depot are over. You will not be disappointed when you stop here. Thank you David you were a great help and we will be back.
