I went there to buy a laptop based on what their site was saying there must had been an unopened laptop to sell to me! However, both the available laptops, the same model, they had were in an opened box and they insisted that they were not open box items and wanted to sell me as a new one at a new model price!!!!!! Two negative experiences in a row in one day from two branches of bestbuy!!!!

I would give 200 stars out of 100 stars
This is first place i have got the best service ever
I would like to mention two beautiful ladies Amanpreet and Jasleen
Amanpreet is the best salesperson i met in my life
If you dealing with her, please never doubt her honesty and patience
She is soo patient
She helped me select the best model of my phone, by explaining all the features and pros and cons
And i found the best mobile for me as per my requirements
I would surely recommend this Bestbuy location and i would suggest to ask for Amanpreet and Jasleen
As i tried other Bestbuys, i never got the same service like this place
But this place gave me full customer service and full satisfaction with my new phone
I can say this thing (i got what i want)
Thankyou soo much Amanpreet and Jasleen
If i would have to change my phone in future, i found my sales person already, i wont try somewhere else ever

Don’t bother coming to this location to shop off the shelves. All their product tags have the wrong prices on them, not by a few dollars. By hundreds of dollars. They just argue that they can’t do anything about that and it’s not their problem. Terrible customer service. They aren’t friendly or accommodating. Go literally anywhere else.

Worst customer service ever. Sales associates are lazy. I went to purchase a Nintendo Switch ($400 item,) and the girl at the front didn’t even know what that was to retrieve one for me! I guess having any sort of tech knowledge in the slightest bit isn’t a prerequisite for working in a tech store.

Been shopping here for years, anytime I've had an issue with whatever I have purchased, as long as I was within 30 days, they'd exchange or refund me the full amount, no issues.
That alone has kept me coming back, as a customer this makes me feel respected and that my satisfaction is important. Overall great customer service and well informed employees. Highly recommend this place!

ATTENTION BESTBUY!!!
Praveer S. deserves a raise!
Knowledgeable, patient, professional and fun! I came in shopping around for a new phone and potentially a new contract. My situation was a little tricky because of certain elements regarding my previous active phone contract. Praveer knew exactly how to help me and hooked me up with the newest iPhone, a better performing contract, and I am paying 15$ less each month. All with zero down!!!.
Give this man a medal because I have bounced around providers over the last decade and no one has ever gotten me a deal this good!
I am very happy with the results and even more satisfied with the exceptional customer service from Praveer. If there was ever a poster child for customer service, I can confidently say that Praveer steps up as a shining example.
His ability to manage my unique situation, his expertise around technical differences between each iPhone model, and his social skills to manage customer interactions is surpassed only by his personality that shined through as we were laughing and learning the entire time.
The only disappointing part of the entire experience is that I doubt I will be able have another experience like this at any other company.

Need to hire staff with good product knowledge. Upon payment he didn’t ask my email for e-receipt, first I paid n then guy scanned the receipt. Ask for store manager…she came with attitude oh that’s how we do it. Ridiculous
Give your money to other Bestbuy possible.

Horrible best buy Customer service, This Isnt even their first time almost every time I want to do something warranty related the Geek squad here Is highly unprofessional, During a conversation with me they just go talk with there colleague's have a good laugh and come back? They just want to argue I gave them my reason's yet they kept on Insisting I spoke to the manufacturer although I had a warranty and when I brough It up they just told me to wait for another Geek squad member to handle It. The people that work there are lazy and majority of them have Issue's with speaking english? The northwest Best buy Is a complete different story there Customer Service Is Top Knotch as soon as you walk In you get greeted and asked If you need any help they also have very friendly staff and Geek sqaud can actually handle stuff most of the time Customer Service even just handles It for me, Northeast they just stare at you and walk past Until you go find an employee to assist you.

Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I asked an employee for help and he went to go search for it, came back and told me it’d be another 5 minutes, then proceeded to help another set of people which took maybe 20-30 minutes (so it was well past closing by this point). He then completely forgot about what I asked him for and never came back to me. This was 20 minutes before closing so I just wanted to get it then leave. I drove 25 minutes to get this item and it was the WORST experience I’ve ever had.
