I waited for more than 15 minutes for help with getting a new phone and no one came to ask if i need assistance. I proceeded to go ask a worker for help and she just brushed me off saying her other co worker would help me, but it was just her there. I went to the front asking for assistance but was also shot down saying to go back there and wait for a worker to show up and help me. I just decided to leave since it was obvious they were too "busy" to assistance me and my family.

I was told there was one tv left at the downtown branch so I bought it and asked for it to be delivered. 2 days later I tracked it to Richmond B.C. I have been lied to just to make a sale.This is just plain fraud. I could have bought it from Costco for the same price if I had been told the truth.
Why will no one answer my questions?

*Be aware ordering online for pick up *
Placed an order for pick up. Got confirmation last night it was ready around 4:30pm
Drove two hours into Edmonton to pick up said item and found out order had been cancelled at 12pm, less than 24 hours later, because I didn’t pick it up. On the website it says 3 business days to pick up the item. I now have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund so I can order again and make another trip into the city.

Partner and I upgraded our iPhones today. Sydney and Ritika were both exceptional for their help and patience throughout the processes. We felt bad that Sydney missed out on her lunch break, but we appreciate the assistance. Thanks Sydney and Ritika ?.

Walking into the store you see signs referencing that they sell pixel 9 phones. But we had to argue with the employee Rikita that they sell them since she claimed there is no such thing and that the pixel 8a is the newest model pixel phone made. Regardless, they also have a display showing the pixel 9 phones.

My mom brought her iPhone in for a new screen protector and got it back with the back of the iPhone completely shattered. The employees claimed it wasn’t them but she had her phone out of the case and cleaned the whole thing before bringing it in. Phone was in mint condition until she picked it up and the employees had the audacity to scorn her for asking them if they broke it. Will never go to this location again.

Brought my laptop in to do an exchange due to overheating and hardware issues that popped up within 1 year of use. I spent over 3 hours talking to multiple employees who all said I can get an exchange since I bought 3 year warranty. When it finally came to exchanging it I was told “since your laptop is part of our high end models we need to do a full test and repair it. You cannot exchange it unless it is completely unrepairable”. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and quality.

I've always had a good experience with Bestbuy in south location. I decided to come here in west location because it's on my way. I've come to the store and the sales person who was showing me the laptops told me that I'm wasting her time because I was asking her questions about the laptop I'm interested in buying and I felt bad and pressured lol. I only have 2 questions for them it's about financing and the specs of the laptop. 2 questions with different department they can't even answer me straight, it's like they have no idea what they're talking about at all so the information I was getting gets more confusing. I left without saying anything to those peope had helped me and decided to just go back to south location.
