We just bought appliances for our new home from Best Buy with the support of Sanjeev, the appliance representative after leaving Trail Appliances with a horrible experience. We are so happy that we decided to go with Best Buy. Sanjeev was super accommodating to our needs and worked with our budget to give the best deal possible. We didn’t think Best Buy would have the appliances that we were looking for but much to our surprise they have almost everything in stock. Despite the fact that Best Buy doesn’t work on commission, we got FAR better customer service than their competitors. We definitely will be coming back and recommending Best Buy to family and friends. Huge THANKS to Sanjeev!!!

Do not purchase marketplace items through Best Buy. Incredibly disappointed with the quality of the item and the sellers Best Buy sources their refurbished products from. Purchased a Surface Go 3 in supposed “excellent” condition. It is far from it to say the least. Overheats when charging, OneNote does not run, touch screen sensitivity is extremely diminished. To top it off, Best Buy is “not affiliated” with the companies the products come from and will not help with the product quality whatsoever. Additionally, HyperMega Electronics has stated they will not refund the product as it is past their 30 day refund policy… it is 37 days. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere but figured prospective customers would like to know what they’re getting themselves into.

We ordered a 75 inch TV online and selected store pick-up but then realized that the TV is too big to fit in oyr car. Luckily, we were helped by Clayton from the order pick-up department. He was so kind, patient and professional! He quickly understood our need and proposed to change it to home delivery instead of asking us to cancel and reorder which woukd take much longer for us to receive the TV! We appreciate your help so very much ,Clayton!!☺️

Bought a new asus laptop this year, & for a great deal with one of those open box offers. Was given the option to buy the warranty as well for around 20$ a month, I no longer need it so upon cancellation i find out that an exact same charge I thought was a duplicate has been coming out for a membership as well? it has literally no use to me I had no idea I even signed up for it. I was told I have to pay 200$ for breaching the 1 year term. Best Buy I give u props to the sales team but never buying any product from here again. Do not trust you guys the so called “deal” I got was a rip off for an open box & have to pay $300 back in membership fees.

I can say that the person at the entrance was very helpful but unfortunately couldn’t say the same for the other employees that gave me the wrong item, then I had to return it and buy the actual item I asked and even there they made a mistake in the returning process and I ended up paying $20 over the total price of the item.Always check what you’re buying and don’t just assume that they actually know or care for what they’re doing.

If you need a new cell phone go see Aman she is amazing. Very patient, kind and knowledgable. Helped me my daughter step-by-step. Great customer service. She made our experience wonderful. ????????

I was wanting a good quality air fryer. I read many reviews and decided on best buy on stony plain road. I received the best customer service with Rotika sales associate. She explained all the air fryers to me in great details. This particular air fryer was 5 star rated. Rotika even carried my purchase to the door.Fabulous service. Best buy better high this young lady full time.

I have tried several times to reach the store on stony plain road , on each occasion I was told it is a 18 or 20 minute wait . I know the whole store is not that busy, SO THE WHOLE BEST BUY SYSTEM REALLY SUCKS. What has happened to customer satisfaction and customer service. Which window did it go out . Dose Best Buy really care? This best buy system really makes amazon look good and that is not a compliment. I really have a problem dealing with best buy even though they are local to the area. Again why can I not talk to the local stores direct. Ed

It was my first experience with Best Buy for over 15 years that I have been in Canada. Last week and i had a remarkable one. I traded my S22 Ultra with a new phone and switched provider and the team stayed late until I am fully looked after. To me that is called " DEDICATION and CUSTOMER FIRST".... A big shout out to Arvinder and her team ( Aman and Israel ) for going extra miles making sure their customers are always satisfied and well taken cared off!!!!!

What a waste of time…. Went in looking to run 2 monitors off my Macbook Pro M1, which I already knew was hard if not impossible. Came across Chris who seemed so confident (almost borderline arrogant) the setup he sold me would work. The $129 adapter has no mention on the box of being Mac OS compatible but he swears by it and even mentions his wife does this exact setup. Take it home, plug it all in and ALAS…. Not compatible.Thanks for wasting my time Chris and acting like the Apple expert when clearly you either misunderstood what I was trying to do OR you just completely botched the sale, the experience and the day.

Went there today, and was unfortunately met by the employee by the name of Sarah. Terrible, terrible employee. Loud, unprofessional, rude, and ghetto. Gives the stores reputation a terrible look. She was a part of the geek squad, which is ironic because she was the least knowledgeable employee there on the electronics. I will never be returning, or giving any of my money to this store specifically because of her services. I’m honestly in shock, and disappointed that she some how managed to get hired. Please, for everyone’s sake, do better.

I brought my nearly new iMac in because it had some kind of malfunction following a power surge (electrical storms!) and Siegfred got it all talking to itself properly again in minutes! There isn't enough time remaining in my life to stand in an Apple Store lineup! This was a brilliant decision on my part! Siegfred also carried my computer to and from my car - yes BOTH WAYS! A gentleman and a scholar. I will be a return customer!
