My God what a joke. This store us so disorganized its not even funny. We waited in line for just about 3 hours to be told they cannot help me. Moreover we phoned rogers after the fact and there was no issue at all. The staff here are slow and it doesn't appear that they care that the customers are stuck in line waiting i dont think theyre trained corectky given the issues i ran into. They woudnt help us out until we stood and waited in line. Took them 2 minutes to tell us sorry cant help you. They could have done more to make things better, and even when I mentioned it they didn't care. Use a different store of you can.

Showed up here 15 min before closing time and they locked the doors closing early. Drove an hour to watch them all scramble out 2 min past the closing time to leave early. Not cool change the hours to 845pm on Wednesdays if this is how you want to close.

UPDATE: the store manager came through and made things right. I had to go to the store again to pick up the product and ended up buying another product. By biggest complaints are Best Buy’s three day window for pickup and inability to phone store directly. The pickup window is way too short, especially since I already “purchased” the product by credit card. It should be at least a week, if not two weeks. They should allow customer to call store directly. The phone experience makes me hesitant to shop at Best Buy!ORIGINAL POST: My experience was absolutely awful. I ordered product for store pickup. Wanted to support local bricks and mortar store, so everything does not go out of business.Could not make pick up in 3 days because out of town. Tried to phone store to extend hold but was unable to because cannot phone store directly. Had to phone 7–10 times because kept getting cut off. Finally got transferred to store. Said I was coming tonight. Wanted to ask exact location of store, but guy hung up. Went to wrong location and then drove to correct location. Was 3 minutes late and store was fully closed, locked up and nobody was around. They knew I was coming. Drove 40 minutes out of my way and still did not get my order. Will order from Amazon next time.

I went here to get a set of BT headphones and got great help from staff on choosing something that was at a great price and new to the market. Cleer headphones with noise canceling. Will try them out soon. Reviews look promising. Thank you.

I just want to find out if my local store has a sensor light I want… if I can’t get a hold of someone at the local store, then Chat should just tell me, but it wants me to put in all my contact info before getting someone to help me. Quicker to write this terrible Customer service review.Called the local Home Depot and the lady there said that they have 3 in Black. Going there now.

Best Buy has turned into such a neglectful company.You cannot communicate with people on the phone, you need to pay a $40 membership to get technical support, if you do not pay the membership and need technical support over the phone you will be charged $180.I spent $800 on this laptop for school, it has a finger print scanner which im sure was a large part of the price as the other models were $500 and below. I bought it less than a month ago and if I want to get diagnostics from geek squad in person I will need to pay $50 for the initial exam.Thankfully computer diagnostics can be easily learned via youtube & other areas but if you have disabilities or are not tech savy, best buy does not care about you as a customer. They want ways to get more money, when its THEIR product thats the issue.I will be returning this product as well as the other items I bought to start school a few weeks ago and take my buisiness to walmart.Best buy is about to turn themselves into future shop ?

We were surprised to find how small the store was. We stopped by to use a gift card on a game for our son's switch expecting to find a full sized store. We were wondering if the store was designed for picking up online orders.

Customer service was outstanding, Tom helped remedy my situation I was having and went above and beyond and for this reason I’ll shop at this Best Buy over anywhere else and will definitely recommend to anyone else moving forward

Good lord, what happened to Best Buy? Don't bother calling - its impossible to speak to a human at the actual location... AT ANY STORE. You'll get a call center no matter what you press on the automated phone system.Now if anyone has shopped at a Best Buy in the last 15 years, you'll know one thing for sure: their inventory system is HORRIBLY inaccurate. So whether a website tells you something is in stock, or a call center agent says the same thing, typically you'll still need to call the store to get a human to actually verify the thing is ACTUALLY there....but now you can't do that. Staff in store "no longer take calls".I know retail is dying, but this is like self sabotage.Sorry Best Buy, hit the showers. You're done.

I have bought a monthly membership for best buy, and some other purchases. I've so far, had no issues. I walked in, waited for a few moments, I was helped out the customer service desk quite quickly. I brought my laptop in a week ago, they fixed the software issues problem for me. I'm very pleased w/ their work on my laptop so far. I'd definitely recommend this best buy to Sherwood Park and Edmonton ppl. I plan on going there again for another purchase soon. The monthly payment is $20.99 a month. You can bring in multiple electronics that's not under warranty.

I think some of their prices are high for at least their low end laptops. A laptop with a CPU 4 generations old (I3 series 9 years old) was on sale for 500 dollars. Regularly just over 600 dollars. I think that is unrealistic pricing.

My sister and I bought phones from them. The process was short and quick. Their team leader Tom, was very helpful and kind. I would definitely go back. I highly recommend them.
