This place is horrible. They said I didn't need collateral for a loan of $2500 or less. I then proceeded with the application, and they then said I needed collateral for $2500 and did a hard credit check that dropped my credit score. made me wait 3 days, just to get an answer. Thanks, blue copper, for your dishonesty. You should be proud of the way you treat desperate clients and how you ruined their credit score after an imaginary hope and false advertisement

this is not a good loan company specifically the one is Edmonton. the Manager is not good at what she dose her staff where great but i dont know what happened to them i would recommend any other option as the handling of accounts by this manager is no good and dose more damage then good I would suggest a google search Krab is the key word lol

I can't believe I have waited this long to rave about this company. I have been with Blue Copper Capital Edmonton for roughly 5 years. I have never had one negative experience with any of the staff. But that is the usual mark of a good business. Blue Copper staff are truly amazing. This is a company that reminds me of what mom & pop shops use to be. The staff are very knowledgeable and truly want to see you succeed in your finances but they are also all REAL people. I haven't been into the store itself in years (Covid + the ease of electronic signatures allow for this convenience) but the mis hap with Rogers gave me a reason to go in person. I am so glad I did! I missed the conversation and it was great to catch up and chat. Management treats it's employees very, very well and it shows. Happy employees = happy, returning customers. You are all phenomenal and I always recommend Blue Copper to anyone wanting to build credit or who maybe just needs a leg up before payday.Thanks for all that you do, guys! It does not go unnoticed.Ps,Absolutely loving the newest member of your team! Cleo is top tier in customer service ❤️
