I’d like the tellers that are there and that bank should stay open permanently stay open

Sometimes you have to wonder if the tellers are actually doing their jobs. They say they're going to do something and then when you go to check your bank statement they didn't do what they said they were going to do. It's like cuz I'm actually working or are they just there to look good?
