Horrible bank. They make you wait on the line to tell a teller you’re here for an appointment. The consultants are sitting with their doors open, I’m sure they can come out and check. I’m switching banks, horrible service.

Good afternoon everyone I a had a visit today at the store today around 4: 55 pm . They were closing at 5 pm , Mrs. Munire Boyaci was very helpful with my bank issue . She was fast and efficient in just 2 minutes my bank account issue has been resolved . I strongly recommend to take a visit on this location. Thank you so much for everything Mrs.Munire . Once again a completely incompetent investment banker at the Unity Square branch having cancelled an appointment the same day because they clearly have zero knowledge of legal matters and what the bank is actually privy to. If court documents are provided showing executorship that is all the information required to do business you don’t have any authority on demanding birth certificates of deceased individuals. What is going on with the complete ignorance at this branch?!

Rediculouus wait lines. I had to wait nearly 45 minutes to talk to a staff member, because you are severely understaffed. And even after the long wait you people still managed to screw up my loan payment.I have had it with this sh1tty bank, and I am literally going to withdrawal all of my money and move all of my services, mortgage, loc, and business loans and insurance to another bank. A bank that cares about ita customers. This is absolutely retarded. The year is 2023. Wake up BMO. WAKE UP.please don't reapond with some stupid generic reply, saying your sorry.... And you'll try harder...and to call the bank or come in to talk to someone.Simply. I am done. Moving all ofy assets and services to another bank, and will be leaving negative reviews everywhere I can for as long as I can.ANYONE READING THIS. PLEASE SHARE YOUR OWN NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES WITH THIS BANK AND BRANCH ON GOOGLE REVIEWS. LEAVE THE APPROPRIATE REVIEWS. AND ALSO CALL THE HIGHER UPS TO COMPLAIN. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE IN THE YEAR 2023.

Worst supposed bank ever! It's a Monday afternoon and only one "teller"/person sitting at a desk who keeps asking for help. So damn slow and confusing! People in line were all muttering and frustrated! TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had a great experience at this branch today as I went in for auto loan assistance and was able to have everything done in less than 15 minutes. I had previous difficulties when I called the Account Management and Auto Finance departments over the phone, but going in person, I was helped by Mr. Nwokolo who was professional and resolved my issues right away. The teller lady was also very friendly and had great customer service.

I would give zero stars if possible. The staff are, maybe not all, and maybe I've just had bad luck with the ones I've dealt with, have been incredibly unprofessional, condescending, rude, and just made me feel silly and annoying to be honest.One female teller actually stopped in the middle of helping me to complain to her coworker about the temperature in the bank, and then picked up a nail file, filed a naile, and then came back to helping me. She rolled her eyes at me at one point, and her make coworker never to her was no better. While she was with me and he was free, he talked to her the entire time about his personal life. I get work can be tedious sometimes, and dealing with people's money can probably be a nightmare sometimes when something doesn't go right for the customer and blames a teller, but I wasn't one of those people and never would be. I'm not an aggressive, angry person it's not my disposition. So because more than once I had less than even partially professional, and helpful experiences at that location I have refused to go back, and gone out of my way to use a different branch that I have to pay $10 to park just to go to that branch, and even that location has been lackluster, minus the manager and another lady who works there who's name I wish I could remember, so I've given up. I have money in an account I should be accessing and I don't even want to deal with it because I'm refusing to not have anything fixed and just be passed on to someone else or told someone will be calling new before the end of the week, that was a month ago.

Horrific service. The tellers are inefficient and could use a course in customer service. BMO business practices are shady. They will close your account for no reason. They do not care about customers. They only care about lining their pockets. They offer credit cards to students...knowing it will put them in deep debt. I highly do not suggest banking here. Avoid them at all costs. This location is especially bad. Also, at night, our homeless people tend to come and sleep here which is fine but they leave it very very dirty and smelly. Also doesn't make me feel comfortable pulling money out when there's a bunch of them sleeping

BAD customer service when your bank account is frauded. No one knows what to do, who to talk to, no one calls you to see what charges are yours and what aren't, they keep telling you to come in, when you come in they tell you to call. It goes around like this for AT LEAST a month with your funds all frozen so RENT cannot be paid, Bill's pile up, you have to pay late fees. etc. Until they figure out what THEY think happened. You may still end up losing money that was YOURS in the first place and there is no follow up to make sure you got back what was taken.As a bank you would THINK your money is secure, that's why you put it there, right? Wrong. They offer no actual security, if your phone gets stolen someone can simply log on and change all your information and even going in with valid ID does not help. DO NOT recommend, DO NOT want my accounts but I have all my direct deposits set up and it would take too much effort or I would change banks. Oh and they charge you extra fees if you use your debit card too much but give you no information of how many times you over used it, where you overused it, ect. How can you use your own debit card TOO MUCH?Just a barrage of bad experiences and customer service on a number of levels. Again - DO NOT RECCOMEND BMO.

This branch is an example of inefficient customer service, although tellers are nice, they lack required speed. What I have noticed, unlike tellers, manager and assistance manager are not as nice to customers, which is very disappointing. During my few visit to this branch, I have witnessed, how customers leaving the branch upset after long wait in line up, not fair.Well after almost a year, I could see improvement in overall bank customer service. But, what I notice with the new bank manager is that she needs to change how she interacts with some customers. Obviously, bank like many other business, that directly work with customers, might come across people that are rude, under influence of drug or alcohol or even being under pressure for financial issues, these customers might be confused, rude, loud or hostile. I believe under these circumstances, branch manager should stay calm and professional and use effective communication, instead off taking things personally and start shouting and screaming and saying: get out.. get out..., non stop, which seemed to make the situation worse.As I said she needs to stay calm and professional, ask customer firmly but politely to leave for three times and let the customer know that she will call the police. And finally call the police if she has too.

Horrible service, waste of time going there
