My Hyundai needs the bumper loosened/removed to change a headlight bulb! Canadian Tire's quote was crazy. CARSTAR came in way cheaper.
They smartly suggested changing all bulbs on both sides while the bumper was down. They only added the cost of the bulbs (cheap), no additional labour! Now I have peace of mind.

“Went in because of concern re front bumper dislocating on my 2012 subaru. Subaru on Gateway boulevard had 1 month booking delay. Tried to bribe the Southern Autobody guys with donuts, refused! He came out and looked at it and said they could fix it right away. Sat down to read, and in less than 15 minutes it was fixed, and he refused payment. Now there's a body shop that I can trust and return to anytime. thanks very much guys”

“If I could leave 6 out of 5 stars, I would - Ivan went above and beyond for me. They did excellent work, and recommended some better, cheaper ways of doing the repairs than my insurance adjuster had come up with, including flawless paint colour matching, which my insurance was pushing to do completely separately. Ivan also personally spent 2h doing tedious wiring work to fix a faulty door lock I had mentioned - unrelated to my collision damages - for free.Ivan is willing to fight for his customers' best interests, even when that costs him some profit. In my case it was apparent that my repair & claim would barely break even, with the cost-saving measures he himself recommended, but he still went out of his way to always talk and explain things, and deliver top-quality work. When we would talk, it was also clear how he does well by his staff, too.I was so so impressed by Ivan's integrity - the complete opposite of one of those bigger flashy shops who are just out to get a bigger paycheck. 110% recommended for anyone wanting honest, caring work, he deserves a ton of business and good karma. “I had to bring my vehicle here after I was in an accident. The service and quality of work done was great. There was a really minor thing I asked them to correct for me so i brought it back, and they did it no problem. The estimator and technician also went above and beyond to get a small dent out of my door and fix another issue i pointed out (unrelated to anything they did)! Im really grateful and impressed. I would recommend this location to everyone I know and would return if I needed their services in the future. They were also super easy to communicate with throughout the entire process.

“Frank's Auto body made the repair no other shop could. My cars left side door and fender was damaged when it was being shipped from Japan and I was not able to source a new door. After talking to body shops all around the city and being told they were not willing to do the repair I found Frank's Auto body. These guys fixed my door without complaint. Not only did they just fix it but they did the repair properly by actually pulling the metal rather than just filling it with body filler and calling it good enough. The attention to detail is beyond clear. You would never know there was ever damage to the left side of the car without the before repair photos to prove it.”

“Brought my 2024 Audi Q5 in with a nasty dent on my door in a very awkward place. When I was talking to the guy who fixed it he was upfront and said that he wasn't sure that he would be able to get it to 100% but felt that he could get it close. After the repair was done you couldn't even tell there was ever a dent, it was prefect!! Unfortunately there was also some paint damage with the dent that I will have to do a little touch up paint (that has nothing to do with Dented) but the guy said if I wanted to stop by with the touch up paint he would even help me with the application. Fantastic place that does incredible work for a fraction of what it would cost if you brought it to the dealers autobody shop!!! Don't hesitate to use them.”
