I stopped by to pickup some toys for my cats birthday today, and the woman at the till (I wish I had gotten her name) was so friendly and helpful, and even gave me a little sampling of catnip to put in my cats bowl for his birthday dinner. It was my first time visiting as we’ve just purchased in the neighborhood, and I will definitely be going there exclusively from now on! Highly recommend - you don’t get customer service like this anywhere anymore.

We buy our dog food already a long time there. It’s a nice small local business close to our neighborhood and needs support . Received always excellent service and advise.

The girl that works here is always so kind and helpful, also love when she brings her mini aussie in, sweetest cutest little thing ever. Always leave with a smile on my face :)10/10 recommend this place.

Came into the store to help get some products for the "new poochie" the ex wife got for the kids. (She said if I help with the supplies I don't have to pay dog support. hahaha). Knowing pretty much nothing about dogs, I got a lot of great advice. I can't remember who helped me but I think it was one of the owners - she was super helpful. She cared enough to ask questions about the breed and age of the dog, and her recommendations for "cartilage" bones rather than the alternatives for teething puppies was really impressive. I was looking into supplements and was cautioned not to over-use certain ones, and to avoid using them when they are simply not needed. That left me with the distinct impression that concern for the animals health was higher than simply pushing products.
