Where is the rest of my cake? Ordered chocolate explosion slice of cake and a big section is missing! Drove in the cold snow to pick it up get home and it looks like someone took a big bite chunk out of the top corner ? A slice of cake should be a slice of cake not missing part of the slice !

Was waiting in line to get a pick up order. Staff allowed people to just walk in bypass the line and grab orders before everyone else waiting. Food was okay, wings were a bit soggy, pizza was okay.

I have worked for Boston Pizza Millwoods seasonal for a couple years now. A lot of amazing costumers know me as Big Red. Travel time 1hr- 1 1/2hrs daily from Leduc to get to work. Only came back this season cause I was asked time and time again by the manager to return, given empty promises. Within my time there as a server over the course of 2 winters, the management and care for the staff members and customers has gone down dramatically in the last year. The experienced servers (without receiving proper training) are amazing and bust their butts to make up where management lacks. The kitchen staff, are nothing short of amazing. These talented,beautiful and caring staff members will never be able to show their best qualities if they have to work in an environment that causes them to feel scared to make a mistake, feeling backed into a corner, told to do better but not given the training required, or constructive correction to do so. I don’t have to tell you how pourly staff are treated. If you go talk to the regulars, they’ll tell you themselves. They see it first hand. They support the servers they have built bonds with but don’t agree or respect what management has become the last couple years. Servers are forced to tip out kitchen even when the costumer doesn’t tip (working to pay the employer). Staff only get 50% off food while working… but only if it’s $25 or less before discount. Servers were recently told they weren’t allowed to communicate with kitchen staff about any food orders, has to go through management. The changes that have been made are guaranteed to slow down service, and cost the hard working servers their hard earned money. Staff are scared to even speak up about the concerns they have in fear of loosing the income they work for to provide for their families and pay for their school tuitions. What is happening in this location is not a secret, it is not morally right. I can handle the back fire I’ll get from leaving this review. So be it. I will not be silenced. Enough is enough. Staff is not being treated right and I feel sorry for the customers that will never see the servers for what they are capable of. Some damn amazing people under the payroll here. I’ve managed, received management training. I’ve successful managed multiple stores with 30+ staff members at a young age. You don’t need management training to know that what is happening here is not morally, and sometimes even legally not right. Without my experience in management, my expression would only be an opinion. But with my management background, my professional observation and experiences, things need to change. Management needs to take accountability for actions that have caused staff to loose trust in them. Start teaching instead of degrading. Set an example, instead of this sneaky, dishonest, hypocritical disgrace to the customer service industry. I will miss you guys ( you know who you are). Don’t settle. Don’t speak up if you don’t wanna get fired. And just be careful my bps family. I would hate for them to do to you what they have done to me. You may not be able to hear my voice. But my voice will be heard. I would have been better off mentally, physically and financially, taking a winter off and collecting ei, then giving my time, energy and passionate loving and hardworking personality to a place that doesn’t care about anyone’s success but their own. To my peeps, don’t be convinced that you don’t have way better options. To my custies and my girls, your the only reason I put up with any of it. Tip the servers good, they go through more behind the scenes then you know

Good was substandard. The Boston lasagna barely had any sauce and cheese on top. The menu says it's baked with cheese. It wasn't that day. Was also given the wrong side. We were told no that's what we ordered.

No one at front desk seating people when I arrived Jan 18 around 1:30. No servers in site. Waited for a few minutes and went to lounge and no one there either! Finally got service after 5 minutes or so.
