Arrived 4 minutes before closing time to return an item and the entry doors were already locked. Business hours on google even stated the store would be open for another hour. It only takes a minute for businesses to update holiday hours on google. I do it myself all the time. Not impressed.

This store was beyond amazing. Went in the other day and Sarah was so helpful! She explained everything, showed us amazing furniture for my boyfriend and I! Don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews, but Sarah and Rebecca gave top notch service! 10/10 I would recommend everyone to look for Rebecca and especially Sarah! Love the energy these two gave! Thanks guys!! I’ll be back again for more :)

The experience I had on Monday from Sarah and Rebecca was above and beyond. Sarah helped me find a new dining room table that's large enough to fit all friends and family especially for game night! BIG shout out to this team for making my shopping experience worth while! Thank you for being friendly and kind!!!! I will make sure to suggest this location to friends and family in the future.

Bought 3 stools, horrible quality. I'm handy and could make 2 of 3 work, third didn't have the correct inserts installed so we returned it, stuff happens, I get it. Got home and the exchanged stool was clearly a repackaged return with 2 of the same legs. Contacted customer support again and didn't hear back for 4 days. Followed up and they said they had another in stock. Wife went to return and it looked opened too so we're returning all 3. She was told they're having issues with the stools and were told from head office to return no questions. Would have been nice to know that before trying again. Then they shorted us $11 on the return for the one stool. What a waste of time, if you're going to sell Walmart-esque Chinese garbage furniture you better have better customer service. Never going back after we get rid of this junk.

I went in today to return a set of blinds and after the cashier walks away twice to confirm the return, the manager waddles over, turns the screen at me and condescendingly asks if I know what half of $50 was? I don’t know what this was implying but the body language and facial expression implied disgust. If you’re looking for poor customer service and mediocre products here’s your spot ?

The store is utter chaos, the music playing in the store was bizarre. We waited at the til for way too long with no one coming over to check us out. We had to track down the employees to come to the til. The people working in there acted like zombies. Very weird vibes…

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. Some of the employees are amazing there, but the managment and majority of the team are unwilling to help customers. The Manager is quite rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. I visited this store twice in a week, made a few purchases but unfortunately lost the receipt. One of the items needed to be exchanged due to incorrect size. Bouclair's website along with their customer service stated that the store will be able to complete the EXCHANGE without the receipt. The cashier who was helping us had started the process (even made a comment about us visiting earlier in the week with my toddler). There was a credit of roughly $25 as there was a different in price for the exchange in curtain sizes. She needed a manager to process the credit onto a store gift card. Now at this point, the manager states to the cashier that they don't do exchanges or returns without a receipt. I went to see the manager, who wasn't willing to stop what she was doing to provide me with her time as I expressed my concern. She seemed very disinterested in my concern and unwilling to help. Sad to say, I love bouclair but if this is the management style and customer service provided then this is definitely not a place I will be spending my money at. Head office, spend some time with your managers and employees to see the type of service being provided as the managers only response to my concern was that this is a head office policy. If it is, please update your website, your written and legal documents as well as educate your call center on your NEW selective policies.

Went into the store and 3 staff were talking . After being in the store for over 10 min still no hello or can we help you . Apon leaving one of the female staff was stocking the till area and still no hello . I left and expressed their customer service was terrible . The girl that was at the front was also on a personal call at the time I left . I even paused thinking she would ask if I needed anything but nope .

Cooper needs to be recognized as a huge asset to this store. He was so helpful and courteous. The rest of the staff at that store need to follow his lead!!!! Best customer service from cooper.

The management team (Rebecca and Sarah) at this branch has raised the bar and set a new standard for what excellent customer service looks like.
I ran into a lot of difficulties with a recent order I had. None of these issues could be reasonably blamed on the staff, however, despite this, the management displayed such a high level of proactivity in addressing my issues. They truly going above and beyond in helping me, and if you are considering this store, be reassured that the management team is top-notch.
